Great service and tasty food
Best food, taste wise and health wise. I’m always happy for some reason when going to eat Rachel’s Mediterranean, but what separates Rachel’s Mediterranean from other delicious food spots… is that I always feel amazing AFTER I eat it, which is rare from me when eating dine-in or take out! God bless them and I am so thankful that they opened here in Buffalo and are thriving here in Buffalo and I spoke to an owner recently and they are so proud to be from Buffalo and having a homegrown restaurant that feeds all Buffalo!

Very clean establishment with a lot of food selections. The staff were very friendly and made our food to perfection.
It was $54 for three meals and three drinks, which isn't bad, but the meals were great. I would definitely return.

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. I think there was a communication barrier causing a misunderstanding with what I wanted. When I tried to clarify and ask for the sauce on the side that I wanted, the lady tossed it at me and proceeded to say things under her breath. Unbelievable really.

The food is good, we weren't expecting French fries in the shwarma chicken. The prices definitely went up. I guess that is to be expected though now a days.

I love the food from here and order here a lot. The past week I had a tiny piece of wood in my food. I did call and report it, I was told a manager would reach out and no one did. And yes I know they have the little brown things in the Rachel’s rice but this was a piece of wood that I could not chew and it scratched the top of my mouth. I ended up just throwing the rest of my bowl out

Please train your staff when grabbing meat from the line to grab from the warm bottom of the tray and mix it regularly to maintain temp. My meat was cold and that is risky policy for food borne illness. Thank you.
