Rachels Mediterranean Grill

I really enjoy this place. Every dish feels fresh, rich in flavor, and the portions are huge. Prices stay fair, especially since they offer many choices I love. It’s great for a quick meal or a relaxed outing after a movie. The setting feels warm, and the crew is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Those ppl are the worse when it comes to serving food. One time i sat in the dining area and a Roach crawled in my food. I told them and all they did was laugh and ever since that happened they all look at me sideways and serve my food with rudeness. People dont believe me because they dont treat them the same way! Theyre nasty people

I stopped here for lunch on 8/5/25. When I got there, there weren't that many customers. The staff who were working behind the counter seemed annoyed that they had to do their jobs. Another employee was in the dining room, with their bare feet out and reclined at a table. I found this to be unsanitary and unprofessional. I don't think I will ever go back, nor would I recommend this place to friends and family.

Place was neat and clean upon entering. No smell of charred chicken either. 2 employees and I was greeted right away. Portions were great. Food was delicious and filling will definitely return to this location 😋

It seems like no matter which location I’m at the workers are incredibly rude and incredibly slow. Every time I order online, my order is either wrong or not even started when I arrive at the restaurant. I keep giving them a try because I like quick, healthy food during the day but at this point I’m ready to give up on Rachel’s. Oh and the one on Delaware, makes up business hours as they please 😂

The workers act like you’re forcing them. My wrap was wrapped so sloppy. It beat the purpose of getting a wrap. Might as well only sell bowls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was incredibly slow. The food had an off taste. They got our order wrong even after we repeated it several times. It was done for us after my husband bit into something hard that we couldn't decipher what it was. We ended up tossing everything in the trash. Never again.
