Rachels Mediterranean Grill

We ordered and were waiting for them to charge us and the lady at the counter had an issue, some guy came in and literally punched the system aggressively and that kinda spooked us. I hate the fact that they can’t communicate properly with the customers as well.
And the food was mid!

Ordered for the food to be ready at 635 for it to pop up at 645 that it was finally done. To get inside for the fries to be super soggy like they had sat for 30 mins. To look in the bag to find no dressings (or the extra dressing I paid more for) in the bag. I don't blame the employees the 2 girls running around like maniacs on a Friday night must have been awful for them and the amount of orders they probably had.

I had a horrible express at  Rachels at  1395 Niagara Falls Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14226. I had to call the original location to get assistance.  The manager overcharged me after being very nasty to me. He charged me $8 for extra meat (the receipt said 16oz of chicken) He was very rude very disrespectful, and not willing to help. I hadn't left the store yet or opened my food I called the original Rachels on main street right away and the lady at the original Rachels location was very supportive!!!. The other worker at Niagara falls blvd location even said "yeah he shouldn't have charged you that much" They wanted me to leave the food and recipe and stated I would get a refund in 2 weeks !!!! and that didn't sound right to me. When the manger first cashed me out he didn't even tell me how much the order was I had to ask but only to see on my receipt he charged me $8 dollars extra on top of my 14.99 bowl when extra meat is usually$3-4 dollars . i would leave a 0 if i could .... the lady from the orginal Rachels said she would contact cooperate.... why is there no customer service number and the email online doesn't work for customer service either

Never ever again went there and bought two rice bowls the rice was so hard it was barely cooked went back to take the food back no managers could not give refunds waited for the next day went back again to speak to the manager no manager on site this place has gotten disgusting. And very poorest customer service. And you know this food is not cheap. And not be able to get a refund I drop the food on the counter and just left. Poor business practices.

I went in at 150 pm and it was dead. Got my food and it looked good! However, the food was the worst it’s ever been. I have gotten hard rice from Rachel’s in the past and I just figured it was an off day but this time!!! YUCK! In addition to that, the tzatziki was disgusting. Like the only thing I could think of is the smell of a dirty mop but in your mouth! I gagged! This place is going down hill! Also, i understand covering the food but doing it with metal lids so the customers can’t view it to see what looks fresh is odd. Rachel’s bowls are not cheap and I am so disappointed that this is what I was served despite it “looking good”.

Clown manager. He thinks it's funny to misquote prices then laugh at you at register.

Not really a fan. I go there when I need a salad and there's nowhere else to go. I made the mistake of getting the bread which I thought would be similar to naan , a big mistake. It was deserved cold and lacked any taste.

First time I had a rice bowl where the rice was way undercooked and the gyro had no flavor. I won’t be going back for a while.

Food was good but not enough for over 15.00 per bowl. The Pita bread was a joke. You got a half a piece, thst was thin and chewy. Will not be going any time soon. Do better.

I would like to give more then ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ if I can, I am truly impressed by Mr. Micheal, the way he greeted me and served me. I been to many Racheal’s in America and this place gave me the best service, place was clean and impressed by everything.

I'm doing a special call out for this review. My old tag used to be Kargh18 but I had forgotten that Google made me change it some time ago. In any case, this Location is absolutely run as ship shape as it gets. Mike the guy who took care of us was intentive to our order and explained everything when we needed to know something. He was amazing and the owner (who we both met, I was with company at the time) was very gracious, and was there to ensure every was up to par. I WILL be coming back here for myself, but will happily bring lots of people here with me in the future.

Vegetarian options: Even though I love meat, knowing that they have a veggies option is amazing.

Parking: Easy to find and lots of room for 15+ cars so little wait time.

Consistently inconsistent.Ordered online for in-store pickup.No sauces on either bowls.Paid for double protein, chicken and gyro.Only received gyro and it was a laughable amount.I wish this was a one off occurrence, but it isn't.Rachel's food is amazing, but I'm always hesitant to recommend it to anybody, bc you never know what you are going to get. Quality has tanked as more locations open.

Omg lost for words with this place!! It had the best atmosphere, food , customer service, the place was so clean and the food just fresh I just loved it!! First time visiting from PR this place would totally recommended ?
