I live w Celiac disease and can have zero contact with gluten. One of the staff members was very knowledgeable and prepared my salad bowl w fresh, safe ingredients. It was so wonderful to be able to have a safe, delicious meal! I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures before I started to eat. My salad with romaine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, onions, and feta with Greek oil was delicious

This place is a joke. I ordered two chicken souvlaki and the associate asked me how to make it. She thought it should be made in a bowl with rice. There was no Greek dressing, just tzatziki. Then the associate was unaware how to ring up a Seize the Deal e-voucher, which forced me to pay with a credit card. The food was just so-so and not anything like the chicken souvlaki I got there a year ago, which was great. The associate was anything but pleasant!! I won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered food and was met with attitude speifically from a young idian lady short wearing a red shirt. Ordering over 50$ of food to be treated with disrespect is disgusting. I ordered it at 4:21 did not leave with food until 4:51. Food wise is delicious and would recommend going to ANY OTHER Rachaels but this delaware one.

Honestly dont like when companies pick and choose pricing of food it should be seen for customers on Greek fries with added chicken I paid 13.75 in one day literally Friday well today the guy" wanted to charge about 18.00 for a half container of Greek fries 🍟 now granted food prices has gone up, noted but the manager honestly thought that was a feasible price and went on about different management well I see why and no thank you for the food or services Sorry and appalled

Update: As I alluded to below, Rachel's is being sued by the Bills for almost a quarter of a million dollars of unpaid sponsorship fees. The Bills are one of many. Do not order from Rachel's.

If you order online, they will tell you to wait 20 minutes. When you get there after 20 minutes, they will ask your name and start making your order. Meanwhile, the staff will make food "for their brother" and get your order mixed up with the other people waiting, so it's basically a crapshoot whether your order will be right or not.

This franchise was once great, now closing stores out east and having trouble paying suppliers. I can see why!

Just order from Tropical Smoothie Cafe or Naantastic next door. Your order will be ready 3x faster.

Placed an online order that apparently "didn't print". When we showed up, we were told we'd have to wait as there's other orders ahead. I feel like an order placed 25 minutes ago and was supposed to be ready should be placed towards the front of the line, but not here apparently. Will think twice before coming here again.

The food here is always good, the rice bowls and sharma chicken. The baklava isn't bad either. It looked like there were a bunch of high school kids in there behind the counters. Which is fine, but they were definitely not being professional. They had run out of chicken and almost served us chicken that wasn't fully cooked. Luckily, one of the kids told the girl not to serve the chicken and continued to cook it until it was done. They were laughing and joking about it the whole time while we were standing there. Otherwise, though, I love the food here. I always recommend it, but the service st this location was not great.

I loved Rachel’s and had been a faithful customer for years until today when I found a dead fly in my salad bowl. I called to alert to the manager and unfortunately all he offered was an apology and a free bowl. I’m sorry but insects in the food is just unacceptably gross

Service was quick as this was an app order and was done and ready when I came to pick it up. Only issue my wife and I had was we both ordered falafel and it was extremely overcooked and dry. I understand it is fried but we ordered falafel not hockey pucks. Couldn't break it with a metal fork. I completely skipped the butter knife and went straight to the steak knife.

MANGER ON SHIFT : ANTHONY Unprofessional. Manger is disrespectful and rude! Food was incomplete, was not refunded correctly. This Is my FIRST TIME EVER ordering here and will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Don't recommend anyone going to this location!!

This is the best Rachel's location without a shadow of doubt.
