They made our pick up order so badly, they even put French fries instead of chicken in a rice bowl and when I wrote an email for a refund they never answered me.

The food was good, but the service was awful. The most unfriendly/rude employee. Also the place was filthy! The bathroom disgusting... I don't know what happened at this Rachel's, but it was not up to par with the rest. Food Tasty - service and ambiance.... will not go back.

I came in just before closing while staff were thoroughly cleaning every surface. Yosef made my food (a big order) with such care. I've been to Rachel's many times, but this felt like sitting in a friend's kitchen while they cook for you. He even offered to help me carry my food to the car in the freezing rain. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Paid $18 for salad, 2 pieces of chicken, and French fries. This is not at all the Open Chicken Souvlaki as described on the menu : "Comes with Greek Salad, grilled chicken tenders, side of Rachel's rice, side of grilled pita, Greek oil, and dill sauce." Super disappointed in something that is ridiculously overpriced.

Popped in for lunch last week and enjoyed my meal. Forgot to take pictures but I ordered through their app the Chicken & Steak Kabob dinner ($20.95). It came with of chicken and steak (obvs) and sides of hummus, tabouli, and a garlic sauce. There was also pita with it as well. The pita was very dry and definitely left some things to be desired, but didn't ruin the overall meal experience.It was a filling meal that left me more than satisfied and even if it isn't actually "healthy", it felt like it was in mind, lol. Though it was a satisfying meal, I don’t know if I thought it was worth $21 so that would probably keep me from going to frequently.The staff were efficient despite having lots of orders for pickup and dine in and while I decided not to dine in, it was a nice and clean environment while waiting.

Openly dropped chicken on the floor and put it back on the grill with customers watching. When questioned if that would be served to customers he said "I don't want to waste." Two co-workers said nothing. If they do this in front of customers, what happens when no one is looking or with online orders? Such a bummer Rachels used to be so good (or was it always this lax on food safety?) Do better Rachels.

Growing pains....eh???? I went to this Rachel's location and left deeply dissappointed. For starters let me just say that I frequently Rachel's almost on the daily. As a student and employee at UB I was deeply saddened when they closed the location on campus. So when they built a new location within walking distance of my house I could not have been any happier. There was a manager who was covering the line as no staff members were available. To be candid, he had no clue what he was doing and wasn't afraid to admit so. For starters his slow pace was frustrating because while I was the only person in the store I spent over 20 minutes waiting while he balanced talking with staff, making my food, and answer phone calls. For two meals I ended up spending nearly 39 bucks and the food was hardly edible. It will be a while before I decide to return. I will give them time to get their things in order.
