Rachel's Mediterranean Grill

Great location. The staff is very friendly to me every time I come in, but why is Rachel‘s in general not cutting the chicken Slovakia anymore? Makes no sense

I was greeted and told to wait while she finished her text message. Then I asked for a chicken wrap, but I would like it in a bowl. I was denied the bowl and told that I can only have it wrapped in foil. She has been doing this for 40 years she doesn’t need me telling me how to do her job Wasn’t trying to tell her how to do. Her job just asked for it to be in. That’s all very rude very unprofessional not somebody behind your counter.

All the employees standing behind the country talking. All the rice is hard and I asked the young lady can she give me the rice that's under the hard rice and instead she stirred the rice (something they should do often but they are too busy socializing to keep the food eatable) and mixed all the hard rice with the soft rice smh. Then she didn't know how to work the register smh

Flies in food from Hertel and Delaware location. Received order from DoorDash and there were 2 flies in the rice bowl container. Absolutely disgusting. DoorDash refunded entire order. Will never order from here again.

I'm pretty sure a chicken shawarma bowl isn't supposed to have french fries in it. Twice now. Are you cutting my chicken with potato? Downtown location was dope. Match it.

We live very close but ordered Door Dash because we all know everyone puts them first, so you're stuck not leaving the house. We couldn't even bite through the pita. The best part was the vegetables. I'll leave it there. Also, they forgot part of our order.

This place just set the bar. I have a service dog and I came in with a friend. They did not give me ANY flack, in fact they welcomed me with open arms. I said I'd never been here and we got the best warming welcome. They explained the food, where it was from, how they did things and the serving size was amazing. Prices were fantastic and omg it was so flavorful! I am getting two meals out of this one. At first I thought prices were high but as I read through it all - you get what you pay for here. So it wasn't bad in the end. I paid for a huge lamb gyro, fries, and a drink about 13$. A little less. Which, when they made it front of me, there was so much good! This is a place I will return to and bring more friends. Best choice of the day! Thank you to the great staff, I'm coming back someday soon! Scale of 1-10, they get a 20!

Only two workers. They prioritize online orders over the people in the store. I waited in line for 10 minutes and was never served. Online orders kept coming in and the line of 5 people never got served. I walked out.
Other locations are not this bad.
Food is great, but this time I couldn’t have anything!

None of the prices are clearly marked and you won’t know what you are being up charges for. I paid $16 for lettuce, the cheapest vegetables on the market and three pieces of falafel. Me and three of my friends got salad bowls and the amount of each item put in each bowl varied wildly even though the same person served everyone.
