I highly recommend stopping here for lunch when working downtown. The salads are the best with a healthy portion and many topping options to suit anyone's taste. The soups are a great option too especially on those cold buffalo days making the cold walk worth it.

I just started going here after someone had suggested it to me. Best decision I have ever made, I’ve had their salads and subs, and 10/10, everything is always fresh, nice bright lights, just feels like a good place when you walk in. Super affordable and great portions for the price. Nice hidden gem inside the Brisbane Building and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some quick and good quality lunch. I will be going all the time if I am in the area, absolutely can rely on freshness, I was so impressed and the staff is AMAZING so POLITE!!

I work in the Brisbane building a couple days a week, and I go here roughly every week! Everyone in the staff is very nice and considerate, and honestly going down to the deli to get a sub is a real highlight of my day. The place is small with a friendly atmosphere, some cute decorations, and a really quality sub! It’s a great break from my work, in a nice place with good food and friendly people, can’t really ask for much more than that! I always get a capicola sub, and it’s always of a consistent quality that keeps me coming back. I also love that they use Italian dressing for their subs instead of the typical sub oil or olive oil, it’s a nice change of pace.

Chicken and Dumplings soup was delicious! Good price for decent size portion. Around 6 bucks for a bowl of soup, crackers and a large soda. Cute holiday decorations and friendly staff.

Rainbow Deli is one of my absolute favourite lunch spots! I’ve been eating here for over a year and every time I know I am about to have a great meal. The portions are quite generous and it’s always so fresh! The salads are my favourite but you cant go wrong with any item on the menu. It’s a perfect lunch spot and I also love that their staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend this place!!
