I work in the Brisbane building a couple days a week, and I go here roughly every week! Everyone in the staff is very nice and considerate, and honestly going down to the deli to get a sub is a real highlight of my day. The place is small with a friendly atmosphere, some cute decorations, and a really quality sub! It’s a great break from my work, in a nice place with good food and friendly people, can’t really ask for much more than that! I always get a capicola sub, and it’s always of a consistent quality that keeps me coming back. I also love that they use Italian dressing for their subs instead of the typical sub oil or olive oil, it’s a nice change of pace.

Chicken and Dumplings soup was delicious! Good price for decent size portion. Around 6 bucks for a bowl of soup, crackers and a large soda. Cute holiday decorations and friendly staff.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor access with a variety of tables heights/sizes to accommodate wheelchairs.

Rainbow Deli is one of my absolute favourite lunch spots! I’ve been eating here for over a year and every time I know I am about to have a great meal. The portions are quite generous and it’s always so fresh! The salads are my favourite but you cant go wrong with any item on the menu. It’s a perfect lunch spot and I also love that their staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend this place!!

Friendly staff, good service, mediocre food. I ordered the half sub lunch special, 1/2 ham sub, chips, and a drink for under $10 great price. Sandwich was lacking, should call it a lettuce sandwich, two of the thinest slices of ham i ever saw where all that was on it.

Looking for a salad midday? Look no further. This place has a salad packed with many vegetables and fixings. And the taste? Very good. Unlike Chipotle, this place is NOT stingy with the serving sizes. You will get a healthy portion of romaine salads, and all the additives you want from carrots to onions to chickpeas to cheese to the meat topping if your choice. A small filled me right up and fed me well. I recommend this place if you're downtown and looking for a healthy option.

Normally my lunch go-to but today was sadly disappointing. Small salad portion is typically more than satisfying but today the small was very small. Should've known when it was made by an employee I didn't recognize rather than the woman I assume is the owner. Less lettuce, less meat, pretty much less of everything when the container is normally jam-packed.
