I wanted to share feedback on my recent visit. While the meal started off well, several aspects of the experience fell short:

We waited about 15 minutes for the bill and an additional 20 minutes for a sauce to-go, which felt excessive.

When we ordered a second serving of the bottomless sides, it arrived after the dishes had already been cleared, making it pointless.

During the meal, the waitress mentioned sales quotas and upselling, which made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming.

Finally, at the end, we were told we could have received a free appetizer if we signed up, which would have been helpful to know earlier.

I usually prefer giving positive feedback, but I hope this helps improve service for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to review this.

I’ve been craving Red Robin’s fries for a few weeks so while I was on that part of town, I went.

I was immediately greeted by a hostess and sat at the bar. Upon being sat, my bartender acknowledged me and brought the food and dinner menus. I chose the pear house margarita and the Big Yummy Value Meal. Red’s Double Tavern burger, bottomless fries and a bev. My food hit the spot and as always, I was unable to finish my second order of fries.

My wife and I hadn't been to Red Robin in awhile and I was in the mood for a good burger so we decided to stop by. It was approximately 4:30 pm. When we walked in the door, the hostess was very engrossed in whatever was on the monitor in front of her. So engrossed that she couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us standing in front of her. Without a single word, she grabbed two menus and walked in, we took this as a hint to follow her. She laid the menus on a table and walked away. Not so much as a hello, nothing at all. So we had to assume that this was our assigned table and sat down. Now we waited. And waited. And waited. After about 10 minutes without anyone approaching our table, we walked out and headed next door to the Brick House Tavern and Tap where we had a very nice meal and excellent service. They even greeted us when we walked in the door! Had we been told that Red Robin was short staffed or that server XYZ would be with us shortly, I might have waited a little bit longer. But we didn't get any vocalization at all! If I am not valued enough to at the very least be spoken to upon arrival, then I am happy to take my dining dollars elsewhere. Fortunately, I have plenty of options.

Picking up 2 burgers and a cookie dough mudpie, which someone put the pie in the bottom of the bag, so my 4 min drive home turned the $10 piece of pie into $10 slop. Ugh.
Food was good as usual, just a Lil mad about the pie.

Got service from andy what an amazing guy he recommended me some of the food that I should try. It was everything on Point loved his service so knowledgeable. He was really great.

Absolutely fantastic service. Everything was neat and tidy in there and the food was unbelievably delicious. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Can't wait to go back!
