Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very horrible management and employees. I ordered the red Robin all American burger with a salad and under the bun of the burger was multiple strings of hair management first try to say I wasn’t being honest, but then he couldn’t deny it because it was multiple strings of hair under the bun I had not touched the food And he offered no apology and seemed irritated with me for not wanting to eat it or order a different burger I immediately got up and removed myself from the situation and the restaurant very disrespectful. Very horrible experience and poor management customer service. I do not recommend this place.

The food was good. The brussel sprouts were great. The chicken sandwich was awesome. The onion rings were mushy. The server was average. Kinda reminds me of Applebee's.

I ordered UE last night and was extremely disappointed by the taste of my burger. I ordered a whiskey river with nothing but cheese, sauce and fries. Fries were good. They did follow my allergy request which I was terrified about since the order was so wrong. But I received a soggy bun, and the nastiest tasting burger. It didn't taste like normal. My whole order was wrong. My husband's burger was supposed to have pink and no tomato. Very disappointed. I'll continue to eat here hoping it was just an off day

Ordered a milkshake 2 different times and both times were given the wrong flavor and then told they don’t remake shakes!! Also placed an order over the phone for pickup for a food item I always get and was rudely told they don’t have that on the menu and never had even though I got it a week ago and was met with a rude man working the front.

We hadn’t crossed the border in several years (just before COVID), and finally made a trip. Red Robin is always a necessary stop! The hamburgers and fries were just as good as I remembered. The fries were warm, but asking for hot fresh batches is easy! I highly recommend the complimentary dips! Our server was friendly and efficient, and I was surprised to see an offer on my phone when I logged in (on the tablet for each table)!

Burger was good. Service was a bit slow. Garlic fries were just regular fat fries with parmesan on it, not worth it. Overall, 3.5 stars, but I had to land on 4.

Hate to say this about this place but here it is, part of the table got there drinks and 2 of us ordered dr. Pepper vanilla drinks and it took them to get just the two drinks over 10 minutes out to us that is stupidly slow and not in a good way, I personally am not eating because of that issue, they are slow and it’s not worth me spending money when I can make what I wanted at home for a lot less. Plus they don’t have a small menu to start out with can’t they have a smaller menu for like kids or the seniors. I will not be coming back to this place again, hope it gets shut down.

It was a fairly busy lunch crowd. I placed my order which arrived quickly. Royal Red Robin Burger with the sweet potato fries. Food was terrific as it always is. The Royal is my go to and Red Robin never disappoints. Also helps that you have endless refills of fries if need be. I love this establishment!

The first time we stopped at a Red Robin restaurant was when we crossed over from Ontario to Watertown, NY. So we were pleasantly surprised to see to spots on the Niagara/Buffalo side. It was my wife's birthday and she was more than happy to have her bday meal here. Our server Nicky showed us the true meaning of 'bottomless sides/drinks', as soon as she noticed we were low, she was at our table with fresh drinks, and hot fries. Please give her a raise and her own parking spot, right up front! Make sure you try the Campfire sauce! Can't wait to head back!

My pregnant wife is throwing up from an uncooked burger and I got the chicken bites which looked like a handful of kibble. Just absolute disgusting looking soggy fries and pickles. What a waste of money for such a poor product. This is the 2nd time now so I think we are done with Red Robin for ever!
