The lavender iced latte was absolutely wonderful! Remedy consistently has some of the best coffee in Buffalo, and the staff work really hard to make everything run smoothly even when they're busy. Delicious food as well, all around high quality.

For the steep coffee shop price, I was expecting to get something a little better than a mocha which consists of mostly ice and milk right out of the jug. I have had much better coffee pretty much anywhere else. Also I can appreciate music, but not loud country music blasting in a coffee shop.

Love it here! My friends and I come almost every weekend to hangout and eat their chicken salad sandwich and the BLT in the summer. Perfect place to walk in the evening to get a drink. Shoutout to Emmy V

2nd time coming here. First time ordered in house and it took forever to get our drink at least 30 minutes for 2 drinks. We got a matcha orange creamsicle and there was barely any syrup in it tasted like just matcha not what was pictured on their instagram. Second time ordered online so we didn’t have to wait it estimated us 35-45 minutes and when we got there we waited an additional 15 minutes after telling them we were there for an online order and were asked to wait outside. Then after checking in again we were told it will be just a minute. Then the worker comes back out to say our order was on the “to go” shelf the whole time?? I usually don’t write reviews but the wait is ridiculous . I also ordered extra orange syrup and paid extra for it and this one has NONE. Won’t be going back
