Astounding. They didn’t miss a beat here for a family of five. I did not have a single complaint.

Great location for an overnight stay to visit Niagara Falls. Loved the lobby bar, which had great service. Food options for vegetarians could be improved (one pizza option was not available and the one we ordered was not good). Breakfast was not the best we have had at a Residence Inn. Puzzling was the choice to offer an egg sandwich with bacon on it and have bacon on the buffet, which again was not great for vegetarians. Why not make an egg and cheese sandwich that people can add bacon to?

Nice room, but the breakfast nook runs out of food and coffee early.

Rooms were smaller than expected from RI. Place was clean and rooms nice.

Just loved the room, the spaciousness and the facilities such as fridge, microwave etc. (including coin operated laundry).
Would highly recommend for the above reasons and the reception team were so helpful too.
Rooms: Our room was so spacious and provided everything we wanted/needed - so happy
Nearby activities: Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel was perfect! It was so clean and we loved the big suite. We have two teenagers so it was so nice to have the extra space. All the staff were so helpful and there were lots of choices at breakfast. We'll be back!

Nice place
What a fantastic hotel! I have rarely been so happy to stay somewhere. The staff here absolutely nailed it during our stay. Kind, welcoming, helpful, and they took care of us from the first moment we were here during what was probably one of the busiest days of the year (we were in town for the eclipse). The rooms were very clean and reasonably modern (sometimes too modern - the shades were a little confusing since they are electronic and you have to be on the right channel with the remote to operate them), but this wasn't a serious drawback. We didn't take too much advantage of the amenities but the pool looked nice, as did the outside deck with a fire pit. We did stop into the bar and the prices were very competitive, so we enjoyed our evening there as well.Honestly, I have only ever had two hotel experiences that top this one, and I couldn't more highly recommend a place to stay if this works for you.Walkability: This was very convenient to downtown Buffalo, and we ended up walking from the hotel to the Naval Park for the eclipse which turned out great despite the cloud cover.

Being from out of the area, I walked in with a stroller, a 2 year old and a 3 year old looking for a restroom of private area to change my children’s diapers and was turned away. Was looking to book a room but decided not to after how me and my children were treated. “We cannot help u.” Absolutely horrible service and the place smelled like weed when you first walked in. I’m glad I decided not to book a room at this facility. How can u turn down a mother with two young children? Doesn’t make any sense to me at all! Wouldn’t recommend this place if you have small children!
