Beautiful, clean and great service with large rooms. Love that they use real plates and silverware at breakfast.

Nice place but awful service at the front desk. They will not take a card to get quarters for the washer and dryer. Cheyenne had no clue how to help me out after I accidentally put my only quarters in the wrong machine. My clothes were soaking wet and he couldn’t get my money back. I said there’s gotta be a way. Can you charge it to my room? He said there was no way I didn’t have my debit card so I couldn’t get cash instead I had to beg people in the lobby like a crazy person I never leave bad reviews, but this was absurd not at this nice of a hotel. Guy should not be in hospitality needs to be retrained

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms and public areas are clean and attractive. I love the breakfast bar. You have a lot of options for breakfast. The staff is really friendly and helpful
The best part for me is the Starbucks downstairs. I would definitely recommend it!

My stay at the Residence Inn Buffalo Downtown was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and I loved the smart layout that separated the bedroom from the living area—it made my stay so much more comfortable and functional.

The breakfast buffet was a great perk, offering a solid variety of options to start the day. A special shoutout to Desiree and Rosa, who were so friendly and attentive—they really made the morning dining experience even better!

The location was convenient, and the overall service was great. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything about this place is wonderful! The manager, Robert, goes out of his way to greet you with a smile and make sure that your stay is enjoyable.

Can anyone offer any advice. I had a very good experience here until the hotel decided to overbook and is making a man in a wheelchair (due to a double amputee) leave for someone else to use the handicap room. I asked them for advice on how I could help him move his stuff and figure out a vehicle to transport him quickly. He was supposed to have the room until Thursday. He was threatened with the police showing up at noon. Please any advice would help because we have exhausted all avenues. He has no family and friends here and extended his stay so he could get into his apartment that is handicap capable. Please help with any advice

Super good experience 😃

I travel for work a lot and the room here was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was great with a huge selection. If I get a chance to go back for work or my family this is where we will be staying! There's plenty to do in the area and Niagara falls is about a 20 minute ride away. Don't sleep on this one!

Major problem with room is the sofa bed which is lumpy and hard making it difficult to sleep. Also beware — rates get jacked up majorly when there is a Bills home game. Went from about $200 to $500. Just checked the website and there’s a game today and now it’s over $600.

Contemporary clean hotel walking distance to several medical facilities and great local dining establishments. Would be 5 star but for conflicting hours that the bar was open (one set of hours on website, different hours posted in the elevator, different hours quoted at check in, bar actually closed for new years day - even though the bar open sign was lit.)
