Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Downtown

AGM, Hailey, was fantastic in resolving a problem during check in. She was very detailed & thorough. The entire Front Desk team (Cheyenne & i forget the ladys name in the morning) were very friendly & kind throughout the stay. The rooms were nice & clean. The breakfast was delicious. Great stay overall & great location with parking in the city.

Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was great. Location is a little lacking in the way of walkability to other places. They have a great breakfast selection that is free.

Took our daughter to see Paul McCartney at the Keybank Center. She had a great and exciting time.

He let me use the bathroom when i really needed it

Highly recommend this hotel when you are traveling to Buffalo. We have stayed here numerous times now that our daughter goes to college in Buffalo and plan to stay here in the future. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is hot. Staff are friendly.

Nice place but awful service at the front desk. They will not take a card to get quarters for the washer and dryer. Cheyenne had no clue how to help me out after I accidentally put my only quarters in the wrong machine. My clothes were soaking wet and he couldn’t get my money back. I said there’s gotta be a way. Can you charge it to my room? He said there was no way I didn’t have my debit card so I couldn’t get cash instead I had to beg people in the lobby like a crazy person I never leave bad reviews, but this was absurd not at this nice of a hotel. Guy should not be in hospitality needs to be retrained

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms and public areas are clean and attractive. I love the breakfast bar. You have a lot of options for breakfast. The staff is really friendly and helpful
The best part for me is the Starbucks downstairs. I would definitely recommend it!

The breakfast buffet was a great perk, offering a solid variety of options to start the day. A special shoutout to Desiree and Rosa, who were so friendly and attentive—they really made the morning dining experience even better!
