AGM, Hailey, was fantastic in resolving a problem during check in. She was very detailed & thorough. The entire Front Desk team (Cheyenne & i forget the ladys name in the morning) were very friendly & kind throughout the stay. The rooms were nice & clean. The breakfast was delicious. Great stay overall & great location with parking in the city.
Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was great. Location is a little lacking in the way of walkability to other places. They have a great breakfast selection that is free.

The rooms are spacious and breakfast was fresh and tasty. All around great experience.
The only downside/ negative was the exorbitant cost ($626 AUD for one night- realistically for 21 hours as check in is at 3 and check out at 12pm)…. That’s higher than some NYC prices. But it was an important event so we splurged.
