Hmmmm🤔. Ok, let me start off by saying I really enjoyed my steak sub. I've been eating Rick's Steaks since '1986, and have visited every store he's had. My issue is/was, you guys phone is never operational and the numbers is/was not listed. Maybe it'll be corrected by the time this is posted. I drive a distant and pre-order would have made me not wait 30 minutes for 2 Steak Sandwiches. One of my sandwiches wasn't correct at all but, it was tasty and enjoyable. The person taking my order did say the order was a little confusing but he explained if it was wrong just let him know and he'll make good on it. Again no answer on the phone and I'm sure I won't be remembered. But with all that being said... I'll be returning again soon and hopefully the phone is working. And I will have my order written down 🤗😁 ,

Customer service needs to improve, sauce was watered down. I will give them a few months and go back. The old Ricks was 🔥🔥🔥

Heard about your hoagies on a food review. My husband picked up 2 chicken hoagies, one was chopped fine. Delicious delicious, right amount of sauce ,onions . We will be back !

Drove from Westside after seeing post on Facebook. 2 Chopped Burgers with a Sweet potato pie. Customer Service was great 👍🏾 Food was ready 😋

It's been a long time since I had a good steak hoagie and this place hit the spot. We JUST purchased steaks for the family and it was a hit! Sauced up just RIGHT! Definitely will be going back.

1 st time customer. I WILL BE BACK!! Awesome french fries and 12 inch steak sub. I loved the SAUCE on the sub and I could have eaten 2 order of french fries.
