Roost is a funky place where the zany is embraced, in form and flavor. The lemon ricotta pizza is my favorite and it’s phenomenal. My husband and I ate here when we were in the area exploring. It's been a few months back, but I wanted to make sure I wrote a review because it was that good! What a great unexpected find a little off the beaten down road. Our food was absolutely delicious and perfectly presented artistically! We had the cabbage and ramen salad to share. From the host (who made us feel as if we were actually being HOSTED) to the server to the expediters, every person involved in our experience was positive, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing or harried. (We were there for an early dinner service so no one was busy yet.)
