I can honestly say I was extremely satisfied with the food and customer service. This was my first time and it won’t be my last. The atmosphere was sexy grown and beautiful. I appreciate and love how welcoming the staff was. Thank you to my friends and owner for making my birthday special.
Long time fan of Roost!
Always excited to taste chef’s new menu. Menu changes are a breath of fresh air in the Buffalo food scene as the Roost team isn’t afraid to experiment with regional and international cuisine.
Restaurant styling is modern. Wood floor, high celling, open kitchen and table arrangements that give an energetic ambiance. Can get loud during peak times, making it difficult to have a conversation.

The space is beautiful—open and creatively decorated.
The service was poor today. It took us 40 minutes to get our entrees. Our waitress didn’t seem to care at all. She was painfully slow and mostly non-responsive.
