I ordered some take out and when arrived a woman at the bar asked my name, then went to serve others, never came back to get my food. Another woman at the bar greeted a white gentleman very warmly and I am like invisible to both of them. I typically don’t label a place but unfortunately I have to call this racial or genetic discrimination or both. I don’t think I showed up in a bad mood. Just finished holiday shopping with my toddler son. I did leave with a miserable mood. Will never go back again

Shrimp Pad Thai is pale noodles, barely cooked, with overcooked shrimp and a few bean Sprouts. Completely insipid. No peanuts, no garnishments or herbs, no flavor. I can't believe this place is still is business. This is the worst pad Thai I've ever had.

This is the only restaurant we go to at least two to three times a week. Three strengths quite unique to this place are:
First of all, the servers are not just servers but they become best friends because of their caring services for not only food but also true friendship. We have been frequenting this restaurant for the past seven years and we know every server here. In particular the head server Joe is truly an amazing guy and even my high-expecting spoiled grumpy son loves him.
Second the food quality is so excellent, which is why we always head to this place.
Finally the price is so inexpensive, and we always end up spending less than other casual places like Panera.
This is the number one place for us when it comes to eating out. We are so proud of this fabulous restaurant in our neighborhood.

Food and price are great. Most staff are friendly, except for one old man. He is always cold. Not sure if he is like that to everybody, or just to my people. I suppose he is the restaurant owner, because otherwise he would have been fired long time ago.

The service is just as excellent as the food. Our waitress Emily was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and a wonderful presence. The Panang Curry was phenomenal and the pineapple fried rice was exactly what I hoped it would be. We will definitely be coming back (and will be sitting in Emily’s section).

The Saigon Bangkok at this Transit location is not as good as the one located on Niagara Falls Blvd. The service, food, atmosphere, and experience isn’t as enjoyable. They mess up orders much at this Transit location and expect the customer to just deal with it as they did with us. It’s louder and the wait for your food always takes longer. They also don’t apologize for mistakes on their end. It’s hard to want to come back here for food. If they closed this location, I wouldn’t be mad.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants for several years now. I order take out very frequently but have enjoyed the dining room as well and have never been disappointed! The food is delicious with a variety of options and great staff. Can't beat the lunch special!

Pretty disappointed, one of my favorite restaurants in Williamsville. Sent one of my friends in to pick up our to go order and he was greeted by a very unfriendly Caucasian waiter. The gentlemen was complaining to him about not being a “to go restaurant.” I understand the frustration of taking orders when you’re primarily paid in tips but I don’t think it’s necessary to make the customer feel bad for purchasing food from your location. I hope this is the first and last time we have to deal with this as the food is extremely tasty!
