The food here is always fantastic! I have visited several times, and every experience has been consistently great. I even brought a few coworkers who had never tried it before, and they were instantly hooked. They enjoyed it so much that they were already asking to go back the very next week. That says it all!

My son and I walked in at 8:01 and they refused to serve us because they close at 8:00. All of the food was still out and ready to serve.

Great service the staff was very kind and offered to stay open a little later so I could pick up my phone that I left there

The Food Here Is Amazing!! Staff Is Very Attentive When We Go, We Often Pick This Location Over Rachels. Only Thing I'd Request Is Staying Open A Little Longer. Thanks For Dinner Guys!

I ordered lunch from Salsarita's today for lunch. Everything was so delicious! The food arrived very quickly and it was absolutely amazing!

It’s food. Maybe I’m spoiled by the quality of Chipotle in California, but everything was really bland and under seasoned. For $15 a burrito you might as well go to Taqueria Ranchos Dos on Delaware. It’s authentic and much better

My princess took me here on 05/08/25 and our food was delicious. Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond. It was very clean and comfortable. I Can’t Wait To Go Back 🥹☺️😅

Server was very nice I needed wifi so I could transfer funds . Ended up getting a steak rice bowl was delicious.. steak was questionable 🤔 definitely not real.. but for the price not shabby

Disappointing Service and Long Wait Times

I visited Salsarita’s today (Saturday) and was extremely disappointed with the service. The workers were moving at an incredibly slow pace, causing the line to back up significantly. I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to place my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-casual restaurant.

The biggest issue seemed to be the lack of staffing. There were only two employees handling everything, and it was clear that a third worker was needed to help delegate tasks and improve efficiency. With better coordination and quicker service, customers wouldn’t have to wait nearly an hour for their food.

In addition to the slow service, I also experienced poor communication from the staff. When I asked for hot sauce, the worker stared at me as if I had said something confusing and proceeded to grab hot salsa instead. This lack of attention to customer requests made the experience even more frustrating.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Increase Staffing During Peak Hours – Having an additional worker would allow for better task management and significantly reduce wait times.

Improve Employee Efficiency – Training staff to work faster and more effectively under pressure would help keep lines moving.

Better Customer Service Training – Ensuring employees listen carefully and accurately fulfill orders would enhance the customer experience.

Until these issues are addressed, I can’t see myself returning anytime soon. I hope Salsarita’s takes these concerns seriously and works on improving their service.

im a salsaritas stan. best most consistent downtown lunch spot, bar none. great app and rewards system. can get slammed at lunch time so be warned. is it Michelin star cuisine? no. it's a noon burrito for us wage slaves and this place does it well.

Terrible food, had to get a refund. From someone who works in fine dining, I can’t believe this is being sold to people. Chicken tasted stale and was clearly not heated to a safe temp. Beef was dry
