I know this is Buffalo and this is chain pizza but trust me when I say this, if you are stopping by the mall you HAVE to get this pizza. It is so good. The slices are enormous for what you pay for them, and you get your money's worth. Its really like getting 2 slices of pizza especially if you get the roman square slice. If you are from out of town and aren't coming back, don't leave the mall without getting a slice of this pizza, you will regret it. They have many different kinds of pizza here. Not too many places make a white pizza and this place has that too and its good. In fact I've never been greeted by such friendly staff at a food restaurant in my life and I don't review things lightly on here. If I could give this restaurant 11 out of 10 stars I would. I've ordered this more than once and never a negative experience.

the pizza slice was 6 dollars and it was cold. it was sitting out the whole day and they didn’t heat it up at all. the salad was 12 dollars and the chicken tasted cold and the lettuce was like brown. the dressing came in a packet and it looked gross and probably was also sitting out for a very long time.

Literally placed an order over the phone, got there and they all look at me like they didn't know anything about it. It's sad that I gave my name and everything and when they figured out I called they just threw the pizza in and acted like nothing happened!
Crappy customer service and I felt like I was very over charged.
