On May 4th, 2024 around midnight, went thru drive thru and unfortunately we didn’t get to try the food because your employee was insanely rude. Tried to order the 2 Texas hot dog combo w/ milkshake and responds “oh oops out of ice cream” okay, will take a Dr Pepper… Before we could finish the order he continued to speak over us giving the total repeatedly. We go on to order the Chicken souvlaki and “Oh OOPS WERE OUT OF CHICKEN” followed by the repetitive total. It was our first time trying this place after we left the hospital nearby and initially we were going to dine in but your employees were fooling around inside vaping throughout the establishment. Awesome if that’s allowed but not the kind of setting we wanted to be in. If you don’t like working those hours don’t WORK THOSE HOURS!! Simple as that! Poor representation of this company but don’t lose hope will be back ;)

The onion rings were ? awful. The rings were not made from onion@ It was a blended mess of onion that was deep fried. Prices were high for 5 all the way dogs and large onion ring.

I moved to Batavia 3 years ago. Every few months I come back and order a quart of sauce. Everytime the sauce tastes different, sometimes so bad we don't even eat it. Other times it is great. More often than not it is bad and I'm going to stop returning. New ownership needs to get better.

Tried Seneca Texas Hots for the first time and it was outstanding! The Texas hot sauce is the absolute best I’ve tried in the area. Fresh, hot, excellent flavor. Tried pretty much every other in the area and they don’t hold a candle. Highly recommend!
