Service was extremely slow on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered 1 burger and one pack of the chicken nuggets. 35 minute wait, plus the food was mediocre at best. Chewy bun on the burger and the nuggets were overcooked. Looking into their kitchen it seemed very chaotic with employees bumping into each other. I’ll definitely pass next time.

Food was great but the wait was horrible. Had to wait over 30 minutes for take-out for 2 burgers and one fries, and one shake, nowhere near dinner rush hours. You need to turn off Uber Eats because your staff obviously cannot keep up. Eventually asked someone working there what was up and was told “yeah we’re really behind right now...” Had we known the wait would be so long for a simple order we would have left immediately and gone elsewhere. Not worth going back until you figure it out and communicate with your customers why their fast food orders are taking over half an hour to fulfill.

This place is really good. I got a strawberry shake with the Shack Burger, and the shake was AMAZING. I recommend the strawberry shake because it brings out TONS of flavor. I suggest you go to this place. Also, it doesn't deserve 3 stars. P.S. It was a little pricey, but still 5 stars.

Workers are incredibly rude. Workers are also incredibly slow. I placed an order on the shake shack app at approximately 3:50pm. Left work, took about 15 minutes to get there. Order hadn't been started. Employees are just hanging around, talking opposed to getting orders done. It seems like the only speed here is slow. This place needs a new staff

First time coming to the Shake Shack and will not return. Busy place, limited tables. You place your order at the table with 4 kiosks - 2 were not working. Ticket showed the order was ready at 2:46 pm and brought to our table by the inside delivery at 2:52 pm - I ordered the french onion stack - didn't look like the picture on the wall. Pricey hamburger that was overcooked and cold. Tables were not being cleaned while we were there.

I ordered my sandwich without pickles. It came with pickles on it. When they brought our food out it wasn’t very warm. It was time stamped that it was ready at 2:45 and they delivered at 2:51. The chicken sandwich was overcooked.
Tables were dirty. No one was cleaning them.
2 of the kiosks weren’t working. It took over 25 minutes to get our food from the time it was ordered on the kiosk
I thought the food was very expensive and poor quality. Will not be back

The burgers are no better than Wendy’s an extremely small. The ginger ale tasted like citrus it was over priced for the quality and size.

And after that 50 minutes we were handed some cold burgers.

decent food as far as standard fast food but waited 40 minutes for 1 burger. NEVER AGAIN

First time trying this I will never go back. No wait for a table and the staff was nice but that only goes so far with me. When you wait 40 minutes for three hamburgers and two french fries for eat in and they get to your table and they're freezing cold. I took them back and I said these are freezing cold and the manager said okay we'll make new ones which were decent but again another 15 minutes so all in all 55 minutes for three hamburgers and two french fries. And I believe the price is too high ($62.00) for a takeout Burger place.
So disappointed with Shake Shack.

A 7 minute wait for small drinks is diabolical. They were great, but the wait when the restaurant is so empty is crazy.

When you enter you can order at the kiosk with four tablets, then pick a number for your table or takeout. It's unusual but they have table service here which is nice. I had the single Patty cheeseburger with bacon and ordered some fries. My partner had the fried chicken sandwich and said it was delicious. The cheeseburger had a homestyle piece of meat. It wasn't your typical round cheeseburger. Inside there are several tables and the design of the building is nice with tall ceilings and transom windows. There's also a large covered patio area with several tables. Our food was brought out to our table and we asked for ketchup and salt and they brought that to us as well.

Wow! The wait for food was unacceptable…and this was after I entered my own order at a kiosk. The staff were very disorganized, moving at a snail’s pace and they all seemed like it was their first day on the job. They said they were out of the sauce that goes with our fries, but offered no solution or refund for what we paid for and could not get.
The fries were run of the mill, frozen fries- honestly, not sure what the draw is for this establishment.
Horrible service and high prices, stick with 5 Guys!
