Shake Shack The Boulevard

I love shake shack but I’ve been here a few times and I always have to wait half an hour which is a little ridiculous. I’ve been to a ton of Shake Shacks and this one is the sloweeest. That being said the food is always good.

I didn't get what I ordered. But the staff was friendly.

The burger was good, but the fries not so good and the service they try but seem leaderless. Could be better in my opinion

This place is struggling just to get food out. It wasn’t that busy when we were there and we waited over 30 minutes for food. They have plenty of staff so I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or poor management. Either way if you have the slightest time constraint I would avoid.
Our Burger and chicken sandwich were good but our fries weren’t very warm.

Service and atmosphere were fantastic the workers were great just don't get the hype 26 dollars for burger fries and an 50/50 just not worth it could of went to Chili's for the 10.99 deal and enjoyed it more than this.

slow, slower, slowest. 45 min for 2 burgers, 2 sides and 2 drinks. and it cost $55. and the order was wrong. Just not worth it.

The food was not good. The worst thing was how unsanitary it is. There was a hair in the fries and a hair in the chicken sandwich. Garbages over flowing. Honestly expensive for no reason. We got a burger too it was so crusty and crunchy not a good smash burger. The new fries we got without the cheese were the best part. The shake is so thick even after 15 minutes still couldn’t get anything up the straw.
The employees talk about not getting paid enough and wanting to go home. Not the best experience. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom.
The one lady at the front was great. But that was it.

Half hour wait because the entire kitchen is yapping, burger is mid. Prices like we're in the city lmao, employee was pushy about tipping and standing on the customer side of the counter to take my order? Light 3 out of 10, telling everyone I know to never come here.

So many people hating on these reviews, the burgers and loaded fries are a 10/10, it was pricey but it was worth it 🥴

Just ordered a to-go from this Shake Shack and what a disappointment considering what I ordered and what I received. My order consisted of one single Smokey BBQ Burger, one double Carolina BBQ Burger, spicy cheese fries with ranch, a regular fry, strawberry lemonade, and a banana pudding shake. I received one regular double burger with American cheese, none of the BBQ toppings were on this burger at all. NONE. My single burger was plain except for one single wilty leaf of lettuce. None of the toppings that should be on the Smokey BBQ Burger. NONE. Not even cheese or sauce. They also forgot the ranch for my fries. What a disappointment. Make sure your order is double checked by the person picking up your order if you want to risk ordering from this place. Two thumbs down from me.

Filthy took an hour to get the wrong order 2x didnt even say anything the 2nd time around because I just wanted to leave there were tables with garbage just surrounding it this will not allow me to add a Pic but I have plenty terrible experience for a fast food place that cost $60 for 2 people

We were there around 11:30 on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. We did get our food in about 10 to 15 minuets. Burgers were very good, fries were hot and crispy, chocolate malt shake was very good. Service was good even though they were busy. Every thing was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Will be going back.

Good food

Went there twice and it was good. 3rd time it wasn't cooked enough. Hit n miss.

Shake Shake is my favorite fast food burger. This location is the worst I've been to in 5+ states.
