Food was as good as you've heard. Service was fast and friendly. Several employees, including the manager, checked on us throughout our visit to make sure our experience was a pleasant one. We will definitely be back.

I drove away with all of the satisfaction of paying a parking ticket for somebody else's car or filing overdue taxes, feeling like I had just consumed an unholy amalgamation of chemical suger and grease.

It's clean and the staff are friendly, for the 3 seconds you interact with them that is.
I went when it was slow so no wait and the shakes are good too.
That's all the good I have to say about Shake Shack.

The burger and fries were below average, not bad but for $11 and $5 respectively they're terribly overpriced.
The touchscreen kiosk is dehumanizing, it makes you feel like you're ordering online but with extra steps.
There's an uncanny vibe there, the walls seem colored specifically to keep your head buried in your phone. Like it's designed by psychologists and business analysts and approved by corporate committee.

I will never again step foot at this altar of gastronomic hubris.

First time ordering Uber Eats here for my birthday, unfortunately part of my order was missing, something like that can really put a mood damper on what I thought was going to be a good birthday meal for myself. I got the rest of my order but it’s quite irritating that you could miss a whole item even though it’s clearly written on the ticket that’s stapled to the bag. Seems like double checking orders is a hassle here before they are sent out. I love the food but it makes me hesitant on ordering again which sucks because I’ve always loved this restaurant.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went into try the valentines day shake, they were sold out. We ordered 2 different shakes and french fries (no burgers or sandwiches) and waited 35 minutes. We asked for our money back because after 35 minutes we still didn't receive our order at which point they offered to make it, absolutely ridiculous. This is the 2nd time we went in. The first time they messed up our order. Horrible service.

I love a great burger — the kind worth driving for — which is why I don’t mind coming all the way here. Usually your burgers are really delicious, but today it felt a little rushed and not as fresh as before. Just a friendly note: I’m happy to wait a few extra minutes for a hot, fresh burger. That’s what keeps customers coming back!

Have been a fan going back to 2010 going to the Lincoln Rd., Miami location and numerous locations throughout the country. Unfortunately, the company lost what it does best and seems to have changed the product, specifically the quality of the beef, which made Shake Shack a must go. This location was very messy just by looking at the back of the house. Appreciate the team working hard, but unfortunately, the quality was subpar. Upper management needs to get more involved and help out this location. Sad to see such a great franchise, grow too large and lose the quality of the product. Bummer
