I was a first time visitor in Buffalo, NY from PA and was brought to this establishment by locals who have lived here for a long time. My boyfriend and I were very excited to try out the wings and came to the bar around 11pm on a Saturday night after a hockey game. The rest of my group was let in without barely a glance at their IDs whilst I was held back and was asked a random question of "whats the capital of Pennsylvania?" Completely thrown off I asked the bouncer why he would even ask me that question. He proceeded to say that my ID was clearly fake and so he wanted me to give him an answer in order to be allowed entry. I was completely confused because being 23 years old and being told that my state id drivers license was fake by someone who refused to even scan it was ridiculous. This bouncer proceeded to ask me my birthday, which I told him, and then asked me when I graduated high school. Knowing these answers doesnt mean an individual is over 21. Severely questioning individuals who have an out of state id that he clearly doesn't recognize shouldnt be an issue for service. Next time I will be contacting the authorities to verify my id since clearly this establishment cannot hire someone to properly do so without accusing potential customers. I was told the food was stellar but unfortunately the staff is shitty. Good luck to anyone who isnt an immediate local to the buffalo area you might be subject to telling a grown man 4th grade geography questions that he wont accept!

I've walked this place 100 times today we decided to stop for lunch. Great decision. I had a reuben sandwich it was very good . The fresh cut fries were excellent. My friend had fish tacos and liked them very much. I'll be returning.

I just picked up a fish fry for my mom on way home from work. It is one of the best she has had. Fish was delicious, moist, breading was perfect! The Very large sides of macaroni salad (with shell noodle) & coleslaw were also delicious along with the homemade fries? This was my first order and will definitely not be my last.

Never disappointed when I come to Buffalo. If you like pub apps, there are none better. The fried pickles are hands-down, the best I've ever tried. Great service. And very friendly staff. I am vegetarian and they do make really nice salads.

I got the Reuben and beef on weck. Beef on weck was delicious and very tender, but as for the Reuben it was the complete opposite. Very tough and rubbery, couldn't even eat it. Seems hard to find a good Reuben in Buffalo these days even though we're known for them. I got the meals to go and tried calling back but no one answered. Not sure why they didn't seem that busy. When I did come in initially, the service was fast and the bartenders were very nice. Stinks I paid for two meals and was only able to eat one. I may give this place another try only because the beef on weck was good. Really wanted to like this place as it's close by and had good reviews. I guess we'll see.

I visited on a Saturday when the Cowboys were visiting town. The influx of football fans made this place packed! But that's ok, the service was still awesome. By the time I left, it was standing room only. My only nitpick is the price for items is a little pricier than some other options, but the service and food quality make up for that. I would happily recommend this location to anyone.

Went for Girls Night out and I now want to go out every night here!The place is a vibe especially during the Sabres game!!! We started off with fried picked and chicken nachos for appetizers. The fried pickles were fried to perfection and juicy on the inside. The nachos could feed a small army. Tender chicken, salsa, jalapeños, sour cream were just perfect on top a bed of crispy tortilla chips. Honestly, we didn't need entrees BUT I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!I ordered a double order of hot wings and they were expertly fried to a perfect crisp and so saucy!I'm not a beer drinker BUT I took a sip of the Blueberry one and it was so good! I had the margarita it was quite tasty.The service from every staff member was unmatched. They were all so polite and welcoming. I cannot wait to go back!!!
