Went there on a Friday night, place was packed. Ordered my food to go (20-30 minute wait) sat at the bar for a drink and was actually comped for it for taking too long. Pizza was cooked to perfection and the wings were hot and crispy. 10/10 would go back

Second time in a row I’ve gotten the fish fry because I couldn’t stay away. Carrie was my bartender while Samantha was serving i always love chatting with them they are simly the sweetest. Patrons are an always so happy to be here and i see why because everyone is so welcoming!!!

Went to Sonny’s for the first time last night for their wing night special. Will certainly be going back. The service was fantastic, the wings were great, and the atmosphere was active but not too loud.

This little bar has awesome wings. Many flavors to choose from and cooked crispy with an option to char them. Our spread was medium, BBQ and Jerk. The french fries were fresh cut but needed to be cooked for 5 more minutes and they would've been perfect. The tacos were not good. The meat was over cooked and the taco shells were hard.
One other disappointment was they do not serve pizza on Sunday's so we were unable to order it this time.
The service was great. The girl bartender was very attentive and personable. I'd go there again for the wings.

Food was good but not life changing - pretzel was nice- stuffed peppers were good. Fried bologna was uninspired -fries were great. Service was not good. The server was really nice but we waited too long between check ins and went to the bar ourselves for every other drink. There seemed to be an overall lack of training and hospitality present. I would not say we wouldn't go back, but expectations would definitely be lower. Very loud for conversation if that is some thing you are looking for.

Food was cold. Fish was dry and overcooked. It looks like it fell apart but they served me the over fried crunchy bits with the rest of my fish fry. Fries were cold and mushy.

Friends came in from the capital district area to experience what this great city of Buffalo has to showcase for chicken wings. Went to six places back to back to back etc... in one day. The atmosphere is great. The staff was amazing. Ordered 10 medium. 10 General Tso’s per the same recommendation from a patron at Gene McCarthy’s. All the wings were cooked great. Juicy. Tender. Crispy. The medium had small amount of parmesan cheese and or garlic. I liked the creativity. The general tso’s were not breaded but battered. Similar to wingnuts. The flavor was amazing. I Wish Chinese places used these sauce. Unreal. I loved the batter texture. Soooo good. Thanks.
