Went there for the first time and all of us had the fish fry dinner. It was all perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. We will definitely be back another time to try the pizza and wings.

Decided to check out Sonny’s in Buffalo and it did not disappoint. Absolutely great service and great food. The homemade blue cheese is a must-try—next level. Wings were cooked perfectly. Pizza was good, but the real nice touch was the owner coming around to check on us (I believe his name was Dave). That alone says a lot. Must-try spot if you’re in Buffalo.

Havent been here in years came home for a visit. This place definitely did not disappoint. The wait was a tiny bit but not too bad we came on 10 cent wing night and it was packed! The food was amazing we got brick oven pizza 🍕 and a double order of wings! We also had 2 other couples who got pizza and wings too! The homemade Bleu cheese was to die for. My son who didnt like Bleu cheese is a fan now! Morgan was awesome she went above and beyond to take care of us! Drinks we delicious! I did not take pictures of the food unfortunately but it was amazing!

By far the best homegrown restaurant around. 50 cent Wing Wednesdays, dollar homemade tender Thursdays and Tuesdays $17 large pizza. You literally can't beat it everything is delicious in the services is amazing!

Like many of us here in WNY, I consider myself a wing connoisseur.
I finally made it to Sonny Red's on Abbot Rd in Lackawanna for 50 cent wings night and I was NOT disappointed.
I sprung for the fancy sauces bumping up the cost to 75 cents each. The Nashville Hot came breaded with bits of pickle while the Buffalo BBQ were classic / baked. Both blew my mind. I now understand why they are rated amongst the best wing joints in WNY.
I was there early, around 3.15 (they open at 3) and the place was humming. By the time I left around 4.15, it was hopping. Classic, upscale corner bar type atmosphere with friendly staff with casual dress.
Long story short, I will be adding this to my regular list and can't wait to try more flavors next time.
