The atmosphere is by far so amazing in the heart of the Elmwood Village! Good vibes, people, staff, and love going here... I just wish they would be open past 7 pm like back in the day. Now we have to go to other places open later. 😞 Wish they also had recycling/recycled like their neighbor, Panera... I hate throwing out my plastic cups!

Good coffee but they can't get food orders right. half of the time it is wrong. Check it before you leave.
The food was good, and so was the coffee, and it's a cute little shop, I love the decorations. I got pumpkin pie and a white chocolate pumpkin mocha that's here for fall. The only bad thing about this place would be the service, the lady who made the drinks was super sweet and kind, but the guy taking orders was just very uninterested, seemed frustrated when a friend of mine was asking another friend what they wanted, maybe it was because she wasn't ordering fast enough? Idk. But he seemed very passive-aggressive for absolutely no reason. But the food was great and I'd totally recommend it to someone else, maybe just at a different location with different staff.

The Roswell Park location has the most disinterested, rude employees I’ve ever experienced, especially considering the people they’re serving. Never had a bad experience at any of the other locations but upper management should visit this location incognito and see how they’re treated. It’s astounding and their Yelp reviews for the location tell you everything you need to know. I think the average is 1-star with every reviewer stating the same points.
