Ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for takeout recently and was HUGELY disappointed. I used to get this grilled cheese all the time before COVID and it was insanely delicious.Tons of melted cheese and big pieces of fresh tomato. There was hardly any cheese on the sandwich I recently got and no tomatoes. So disappointed and can't believe something like that cost $10. You can do better, Spot!

Food is consistently delicious! Great variety and a fall menu :) service was very lovely too. A great study spot, cafe, or eatery!

Spot Coffee is such a great place to relax!
The vibes are always good, cozy, laid-back, and full of character.
The coffee is great, the menu has plenty of options, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying, hanging out, or just enjoying some quiet time.
One of my favorite café spots! ☕☕

I thought I could enjoy my coffee quietly but the boys and a young woman somewhat medium tattoo and earrings on the nose of the kitchen playing and talking loudly unpleasantly this place in addition to the terrible coffee of bad taste did not taste like anything but a flavored water

I love the atmosphere but I feel like every time I’ve been there I was freezing no matter the season! So bring a jacket if you plan to stay long 😁

Very nice menu for a casual meal or snack.
Food and coffee are always good. I feel as though a bit overpriced. I understand it was busy, but it was a bit slow.

The food was good, and so was the coffee, and it's a cute little shop, I love the decorations. I got pumpkin pie and a white chocolate pumpkin mocha that's here for fall. The only bad thing about this place would be the service, the lady who made the drinks was super sweet and kind, but the guy taking orders was just very uninterested, seemed frustrated when a friend of mine was asking another friend what they wanted, maybe it was because she wasn't ordering fast enough? Idk. But he seemed very passive-aggressive for absolutely no reason. But the food was great and I'd totally recommend it to someone else, maybe just at a different location with different staff.

I really enjoy sitting at the patio tables to get work done outside. Love the location and the omelet was pretty good but expensive. My best suggestion for this place would be to consider hiring some staff that isn't so miserable and rude.

The next step on my Odyssey of disappointing coffee shops is SPoT coffee: where the service is dull and the drinks are watered down.
you’re looking for actual quality in your drink you can avoid this one. In comparison, Tim Hortons does better.

Nasty and aloof staff. Don’t bother with this place. There are so many better ones.
Large space and plenty of room to work from a laptop. Prices are a bit pricey
The atmosphere is by far so amazing in the heart of the Elmwood Village! Good vibes, people, staff, and love going here... I just wish they would be open past 7 pm like back in the day. Now we have to go to other places open later. 😞 Wish they also had recycling/recycled like their neighbor, Panera... I hate throwing out my plastic cups!
