Good coffee and tea.

Sorry folks my 15+ year routine of buying 2 bags of whole bean house blend a week has come to an end. It's not me, it's you. I stuck with you when the bags shrunk from 16oz to 12oz. I stuck with you when you dropped the rewards program for a Tuesday discount, a discount that none of the employees seem to remember. I even stuck with you during the last price hike. You got greedy though. Now you want $16.95 for 12oz! $1.41 /oz is 98% more than what Starbucks is charging. 87% more than Great Lakes Coffee Company. That's even 26% more than Underground Coffee, one of the smallest roasters around. Thank you for giving me the final nudge to end this toxic relationship. I will miss you a lot and will think fondly of all our mornings together. Good luck out there.

They need to fix the prices for the add on menu. 3.25 is too expensive for one egg if that's 2x the price of a dozen eggs at the store.

Bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sando on an everything bagel was on point. Only grip is the cost($9.15). The $7 range would be fair but I guess that's the going rate these days.

Unacceptable wait time. One overworked barista who could not possibly keep up with all the orders, and who was surly and rude as well. Management clearly doesn't care about quality service. Spot was once a good coffee shop, but there are too many other good coffee shops to waste time and money here again.

It would be mediocre if reasonably priced. But at their prices, it's downright awful. I went for breakfast while waiting for auto service. Ordered a bagel with smoked salmon and an Americano. After paying, the server told me there was no salmon and spent a painful few minutes trying to refund me. Finally I did the mathematics for him and he just gave me cash back. Then I was served one of wateriest Americanos I've ever had.

Came in for a sweet and a latte. There were only two people working. Things looked a bit in disarray. Needless to say, I waited 25 minutes for my order. 🫤

Very professional staff, from the manager to all the other staff working there. They made the adults and the kids feel welcome. Very helpful and patient with the kids and family.
Loves the dark roasted coffee, the latte, the muffins, and the chicken panini.

From the moment we ordered it was a terrible experience. A miserable sounding person took our order. Ordered brew coffee and croissant and it took forever to get the order. Again each interaction with the person was awkward due to how miserable she seemed. Lid was not on tightly so hot coffee spilled all over my hand and car. Cream cheese was all over the outside of the bag, didn’t even order anything with cream cheese and got it on my hand. Such a terrible experience. Definitely will not be going back there!

I had ordered for a hot chocolate and instead got a coffee. On just informing the staff, there was no remorse at all and the demeanour was very rude while I received my hot chocolate that I had paid for.
There are other better coffee shops just around the corner!!!

I ordered iced coffee since they don't have cold brew. It was "Japanese style" which turns out is just a fancy way to say pour hot coffee over ice. It was disgusting. Tasted like pouring the left over warm Folgers in a Mr. Coffee over ice. If you're a coffee shop that can't make a decent cup of iced coffee, what are you doing?!
My real frustration came when I ordered an egg & cheese sandwich on a croissant which the sign said was a $1.45 upcharge. I thought that was a little steep but love a croissant. When I got my receipt, I learned a croissant is actually a $3.40 UPCHARGE!!! So my egg and cheese sandwich was $12! I can't fathom there is any food vendor charging you anywhere near this to justify this kind of upcharge. When I pointed the difference on the sign vs. the register to less than friendly woman behind the counter she said "oh" and shrugged and then never changed it while I was there so for all I know they just keep doing this. I don't understand how they are still around.
