This is the slowest Starbucks I have been to in the morning with few customers. The woat and delay while the employees chit chat is nuts. Needs management overseeing.

Typically don’t do reviews, but this is the third instance where I have had to wait for over 30 minutes (past the suggested pickup time) for my mobile order.
This location seems to be low on staff frequently. They’re unreliable and it’s aggravating for this to happen several times.
Would recommend finding another Starbucks or a Spot Coffee in the area.

While Starbucks coffee tastes consistent no matter where you are, the best part about this particular location is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members.

Horrible customer service. If you want a great drink without the horrendous attitude, I recommend any other cafe downtown. There’s also a 30% rate of baristas at this location getting my drink order incorrect. Nothing worse than paying top dollar only to take a giant sip of — something other than what you ordered … but really it’s the customer service that ended my patronage of this location. What a shame.

I usually do not write reviews, but honestly this Starbucks location annoys my core being. First, they’re a solo Starbucks so don’t expect to use the Starbucks app to get points or a gift card from Starbucks cause they won’t accept it. Secondly, today I go in there for a drink and I wait about 15 minutes in line only to be told at the register they’re only accepting cash cause their credit card machine is down. The lady at the register totally forgot that their own machine is down, so the guy Infront of me had to leave everything and find an ATM (a waste of time). So I try to use the app to pay for myself, and of course they don’t accept it. So I tell the lady at the register, “y’all should be telling people your credit card machine is down so they’re not wasting their time in a line”. We live in the 21st century, who Carry’s cash anymore?? Anyways, as I’m walking away, the young girl at the registers said “i don’t know why he’s giving me attitude there’s a sign”. Meanwhile the sign is very close to the register, and in the smallest of fonts. There’s sign after sign after sign advertising food, and she expects anyone to see the small font? Usually, people use their vocal cords and forewarn people that their registers in down when there’s long lines and in general, rather than expect a customer to see a sign with 10 inch font and way too close to the register for anyone to see until they’re at the register. A piece of advice Starbucks, 1) hire competent workers who know how to provide customer service 2) put a big sign on your entrance door so customers can make a decision 3) have functional machines

My mom waited in line for nearly an hour to get food for my sister and me only to arrive at the front of the line and be treated badly by the barista. She rudely told my mother that they didn't have the drinks or food we wanted and when simply asking for clarification on the size she ordered for her espresso (as English isn't her first language) the lady threw the cup she had in hand into the sink, in a completely rude manner. My mother decided to leave after this terrible service and as she was walking away the lady began talking badly about my mom to not only her coworkers but also to the surrounding customers. Horrible experience, and very saddening to see people refusing to put in the effort to help ESL people simply order a coffee. This Starbucks needs a full reroot in management or staff or the Hyatt needs to consider replacing it with a different coffee shop.
Horrible here. Workers are inconsiderate. They literally stuck their hand in my drink when i asked for light ice. Half their food and drink options were out of stock. They ran out of the ingredients for my friends drink AFTER SHE PAID!!!! I do not recommend it here considering drinks are 6 dollars a piece .
