If there’s a kinder, more pleasant, more considerate or faster Barista in Buffalo I have yet to meet thee.

Staff is always nice here but quality is awful. Drinks are never consistent, ice levels are ridiculous why would anyone want a giant cup of ice with a splash of coffee? Unsure how there are two Starbucks near each other but such a difference in quality.
The people working here are very kind. I accidentally ordered my drink to a different location and they automatically offered to make it right then and there for me. Wonderful service and kind employees! They did not have to do that for me

Try using clean non reused towels when employees wipe down tables and countertops. This goes for all the Starbucks in hamburg area. Tired of using tables with disqusting streaks and smears of filthy reused towels by employees and management. Clean up your act to prevent smearing filth across surfaces. Disgusted!

chill vibe. employees pleasant, helpful; they embrace the initiative to know the orders of regulars. café usually quiet, sparsely populated (let's keep it that way! ;) ). gets busy with drive thru & mobile pick up; they keep the lobby open, though, even when understaffed -- super appreciated!

Ordered 3 frappes all with crème bases. One had the coffee base. 1 was correct. 1 was meant to be the chocolate covered strawberry and it was just strawberry. Took awhile to get everything so I didn’t send anything back. There will be growing pains as it’s newer so that’s understandable.
