Definitely recommend ordering online --> when it's packed, it's going to be waiting at least 20 mins for your drink

I think the managers name was Tesha but every time I come in she is the first to jump in and help any customers. It's honestly hard to miss her cheerful vibe and it makes me want to keep coming back here. Ive been to many Starbucks and she has definitely changed this location for the better.

My order is usually correct and this place can get pretty busy so I feel for the workers. But the past few weeks, every time I check, no matter what time of day it is, they have had mobile orders turned off. I understand doing it for rushes and busy times but its annoying to have them turned off every day/ time that I have checked recently. I don't bother stopping by if I can't order ahead. I assume the workers are extremely understaffed and overworked, which isn't their fault. I guess its more of a corporate problem/ how the place is run.
