Convenient Starbucks right in the middle of campus. Line was non existent. They have many workers. Cleanliness was typical for a Starbucks though. Plenty of seating

I had the best experience here from this location. I came and couldn't decide on what to get, so the staff here helped me and recommended lots of options. I am very grateful for that. The one that assisted me I believe his name was Ryan. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. He was very friendly and outgoing. I will definitely be coming back here again. Just wanted to say to keep up the good work!

I found this Starbucks on accident and it has been my weekend coffeehouse ever since. The team is always so friendly and even helped me find a new drink . Even when they’re busy the employees always say hello and make small talk when I’m picking up my drink.

Honestly this place could've been better if they trained all their staff better. My kids and i were visiting the campus for the first time and wanted to get a quick drink and found this starbucks nearby just for it to be the worst disappointment ever!!! The staff seemed not wanting to help us out only staring at us but not acknowledging us! When we finally got acknowledged and finally got to order this guy who helped me out who had a big chubby build and had an unkept beard kept rolling his eyes at me and made me feel rushed always saying anything else, anything else? In a annoyed tone when i was ordering, how rude! I understand starbucks is a always running busy place but they should know better on how to treat a customer! When we were waiting for our drinks the same guy seemed angry and was slamming all the fridges and all the drinks muttering something under his breath. It took 15-25 minutes to finally get our drinks my daughter got a pink drink, my son got an iced chai latte and i got an iced shaken brown sugar oat espresso and i swear by god when i was drinking i pulled out a brownish gold beard hair in my mouth!🤢🤢🤢 i was mortified and disgusted with the service and my drinks there! I made my kids and myself throw away the drinks before they get cross contaminated with the unhealthy unclean environment they have there! Im never coming back and whoever was the guy who made our drinks and took our order should be fired!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks with my sisters for over a year now and drinks are always great and most of the staff are super friendly. Except this one instance an older guy made weird comments to my sister and even asked for her social media, which was really inappropriate in my opinion. Other than that the staff is awesome and the manager is always kind and makes my drink perfect. Would def avoid some staff members though yikes.

I visited this location last month with my friends, and we ordered two Caramel Frappuccinos. Unfortunately, the older male staff member who took our order was quite rude and made several weird comments at my female friend. We understand it was early in the morning, but that kind of attitude was uncalled for. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location in person, ordering online might be a better option to avoid that staff member.

i and a friend ordered a mint majesty with two honey and not only was the tea bags string and all in the cup, we tasted no honey. guess that the drink ive had for years wont be the same bc a conservative pundit drank it regularly. also a safety hazard to leave the strings in.

at tim hortons i get much better service and better quality for cheaper!

they make drinks quick considering that UB is a huge school and majority of students go to starbucks, but they truly are a bunch of cheap scammers that dont give you what you pay for. 5 separate times ive been there abd they give me about a fourth drink and the rest ice when i never ask for extra ice. its constant and its annoying. i want what i pay for.

Situated in North Campus, this Starbucks is crowded with students. It’s cosy and vibrant. There are only 8 tables and you’re lucky to find a vacant table.

The Starbucks was incredibly busy today but everyone was still getting their orders in under 7 minutes. It was very hectic but the staff remained friendly and polite and took the time to write small encouraging messages on drinks. We appreciate you!!

I was really disappointed to see an individual l, who i assume is the manager seemingly reprimanding a barista in front of customers. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
