I’m a regular Starbucks customer. A fan. 3-4 times a week. I stopped into the Delaware Avenue location near Kenmore Ave. I’m in line for coffee and asked for the restroom door code. The barista asked me if I had bought anything because the restrooms were for customers only. Taken aback, I replied, I am a customer and I’m in line to place my order. Her reply was, You have to pay first. Seriously? That’s our policy. I told her I thought it was a BS policy and left. Starbucks, you’ve lost your way! No way to treat customers. Very disappointed. I wish there was a zero star or negative star option.

Arrived 45 minutes prior to my work schedule. I received a gift card. Because I have not visited a Starbucks since the University Plaza location closed years ago.
It stopped being in my route to work.
I entered checked the menu. There were three workers.
The lady who took my order and three others left the other two people to complete the orders.
They were overwhelmed with drive thru and the front counter.
I was given my grilled cheese quickly. However, I asked about the blackberry, sage lemonade and I was told. I have a lot of orders.
After a while I approached the same person and told them that I had 15 minutes to get to work. He could give me my drink or refund my card.
He reluctantly made that nasty drink.
It was the first time having it,so I don't know how it is supposed to taste.
Note to self. Try a different Starbucks

I wanted knows why this Starbucks has only 3 stars, be cause they don’t take care of customers,I was DoorDash to pick up my customer order this morning’s ,the customer service told me that I have to spend money to use their restroom!!! This is crazy rules and doesn’t make any senses , because my customer spent money already for the order as matter fact they need to pay more than usually , I work for my door dash customer and why I need to spend more money, so I left and for now on I will never return this location Starbucks!!!!

I’ve NEVER had a poor experience with Starbucks until today. I gave the girl at the register my order and apparently she only listened to one thing I said because when the drink came out none of my “extras” were on it so I had to tell the girl that made it everything that was missing. Then of course once I’m almost done with the drink I see a hair IN THE CUP. It’s disgusting and I will not be going back to this location.

Finally a starbucks that can make me my favorite drink! THANK YOU. Employees are always so nice here and it usually isn’t a ridiculous wait like most starbucks. Love it!

Pretty busy & they got through the long line fast. The only problem I had was that I ordered 2 hot chocolates, and they were both completely without flavor. There was barely any mix in with the water.

This Starbucks used to be great but they’ve messed up both drinks about 5 times so about the whole week, could be because of new staff but still deeply upsetting especially when ordering for

Very slow, takes 15 minutes to make one drink and they can only make one drink at a time with a 5 minute break in between to chat and slowly wipe the counter.Don’t go unless you want to spend your entire day here.
