There is an older barista here who moves so slow on bar and ALWAYS makes my drink wrong, then rolls her eyes when you send the drink back. I personally go out of my way to not go to the Starbucks on campus now.

Stopped by the bookstore during our self guided campus tour. We had the most amazing barista ( her name may have been Cherry? Recent speech therapist grad?) She gave us SO much information about Buff State. She could not be more enthusiastic and full of Bengal pride! She was a wealth of knowledge about classes, local sites and most importantly shared some amazing advice with my HS age son about balancing school and a social life at college. She may be an integral part of my son’s college decision process.

This store is horrible stuff is not only human in this world everyone have same risk with covid or another virus they are closing their tables and working spaces and stuff are so horrible they are only letting someone they know each other using working spaces this is not original policy like big Starbucks company you should fired all stuff and find better manager for this location people paying money for get good service and using the working area horrible worst and terrible

Not experienced employees had to remake my order a couple of times, mis communication or lack of reading label. I ordered a venti and a Trenta not a tall. Also, long wait times because of lack of training. I mean the employees that are new shouldn’t be trying to learn to to make items during high peak times unless they are ready and properly trained. Other than that I love the company and it’s products.
