Starbucks Consumer Square South

I have come to this location multiple times and it has been a great experience each time. Great people and drinks made well 😎

Yesterday, Emily & Allie were working. They were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. I wanted to retry a drink I recently had customized, but one of the syrups was seasonal and no longer available. They provided a great suggestion and my drink was really good! They were both super accommodating and what one wants when they encounter customer service. I really appreciated the experience. Thus, here I am writing the review lol.

this service at this starbucks is always exceptional, and it’s not like i’ve ever been to a starbucks that i had a poor experience with but the folks working at this one are leagues above still

My friends and I had the absolute best experience with our barista Scarlett last night! She was so fun and upbeat while taking our order, super informative about the menu and just an all-around pleasant person to interact with. We stopped through on our way to try and catch the northern lights, and honestly Scarlett was such a joy we joked that we wished she could’ve come along on the adventure with us. We all agreed that was one of the best Starbucks experiences we've had in a long time!! (And we DID get to see some northern lights in case she reads this!)

I'm writing this review because my crying baby distracted me from giving Willow a tip. She was very understanding and supportive of me and made the drink I wanted a million times better with her recommendations. I was so happy with the interaction and the drink. I hope this review gets her a bonus, reward, something positive through her employer or otherwise. I will return!

The staff at this location is the best. Every single time I go here it feels like what Starbucks used to be and why people like going there. I enjoy going to get my coffee from here every single time because of the interactions I’ve had with them. And the coffee is delicious! 💕

I got a large Carmel macchiato and they gave me medium and I told them I got a large and the girl took my drink and just poured it into a large cup. We also waited a while for our drinks the first time and I think they were sitting there for a while because by the time we got them they were all watered down and the ice was almost all the way melted. So when she poured my drink into a different cup it was just all water at that point. My friend got an Americano with a splash of milk and hers was just all milk/water. We asked them to remake them again and it was just all milk again.

Beautiful new location and amazing friendly staff!!
