I was so thankful a few years ago to hear that Strong Hearts was coming to Buffalo. I had been to their Syracuse location and I loved it there. I now love it here because it is close to me. Even if you are not a vegan or vegetarian, you will enjoy what they have to offer. I have never had a bad thing there and their service is great. Be sure to try one of their many flavors of milkshakes!!

The first time I heard of Strong Hearts was when I had their vegan pepperoni at Extra Extra Pizza so I was excited to try the full experience. I got a sandwich with thin sliced seitán and my daughter had mac and cheese. While I did I wish I'd ordered a salad (the sandwich was a bit heavier than I expected and we were in the middle of a bike ride in 90 degree weather) it was really good. I will definitely go back. The interior is bright and cheerful and it was pretty busy...
