It is very hard to be misunderstood as a service employee in a city setting. Of course they want you to come and go, it’s probably for your safety with the amount of homeless on the street.
That being said, I felt that the employees were MORE than accommodating and I commend them for their hard work.

WILL NOT RECOMMEND Last time I visited they ran out of most mean and cheese and was rude they lost one of the keys to the bathroom so the women restroom locked and just had some energy that they were aggregated about everything and was rude when we said the fountain drink came out like straight carbonated water

When teenagers come in to eat, have a cookie or drink they shouldn’t be told to leave as soon as they are done. I understand “loitering” but half of the employees are rude, on their cell phones and have no customer service whatsoever! Think about it as a teen they just wanna laugh and enjoy the privilege of hanging out in a safe area! Shame on this business.

Only one worker in the store after 5:30 p.m. — a teenager left completely alone to cover in-person orders and online orders for DoorDash/Uber Eats. She did a good job, but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s unsafe and unfair. A store open until 8 p.m. should never be run by just one person. Completely unacceptable.

Vibes of that Seinfeld episode with the soup Nazi. I was scared to piss her off and felt like I had to be overly nice in order for me to get my sandwich. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
Slow and rude service. Took 20 minutes for them to acknowledge me and another 11 to get my food. I get a 30 minute lunch 🙃.

The subway employees had her 2 year old child at work with her.. the child was grabbing drinks of cooler and touching the light switches behind food counter as well as to grabbing the bread nice cutter.. the employee was yelling at her child wile taking care of us.. my food came up to be cold when I order hot food.. I order the 6” teriyaki sub and it was cold and bread burn.. she should not have her child there at the store with her wile she work.. dint appreciate the service I got her at the sub away location at 120 W Chippewa st in Buffalo ny …
