I just got off from Subway. And she said we are closed. And I checked from Google it says closing time 8:00pm. 02/27/2025 7:44pm. I said her “your closing time 8:00pm.” She told me I’m alone that’s why I’m closing early today . You guys should have policy.

Terrible service and experience. Only one person working during peak lunch time for both walk in and online orders. I ordered the 6.99 meal deal and they tried to charge me 10.41 claiming that is the cost “after tax.” That’s not right, doesn’t even make sense. So no lunch for me today after wasting my break time here :(

I haven't been to one forever, but after so long here in Buffalo, I get that nostalgic feel from back when I was a regular at Subways. The staff were friendly and made those sandwiches like a pro.
Vegetarian options: I wish they have more option for non meat eaters.

I called so many times just for a questions and they didn’t take the phone and then never brought me my food I’m calling tomorrow and I spend $30 on a food that never got here and they are so terrible that they can’t answer the phone just to avoid the payment. And I’m calling customer service and corporate idgaf I’m mad.
