Today was not thier best showing. The music was so loud the employees couldn't hear people ordering. They ran out of medium drink lids and ready bread and had to turn people away.

I haven't been to one forever, but after so long here in Buffalo, I get that nostalgic feel from back when I was a regular at Subways. The staff were friendly and made those sandwiches like a pro.
Vegetarian options: I wish they have more option for non meat eaters.

That being said, I felt that the employees were MORE than accommodating and I commend them for their hard work.
