They were nice, but the fact they didn’t speak English and me trying to tell them that I was getting the dealer today and they didn’t understand an making me the wrong stuff and they said they already made it so either I take it or forget it. I’m like what the heck you mean y’all tucked up my sub but I don’t recommend going here. The English barrier will cause issues and end up paying $11 for only a half of a sub which is insane.

Worst subway ive been to in town so far.
Worker was not listening properly to customers order. I paid for my order first, worker makes me a plain chicken sub and heats it up. When i see the veggies they were dehydrated and some most looked expired. The register was beeping and the worker did something unsanitary by touching the computer screen with the gloves on and proceeded back without chzngibg gloves and put teriyaki sauce on after everything was made... before I had to make them change gloves and make me a new sub since I've paid already.. sadly.

I when they have a bathroom but customer service is a Indian woman with attitude I ask for bathroom because if I am going buy food I expect a bathroom. If not rather take my money to store that have what I want. She claim no bathroom then left not buying nothing. They should hired.people.that like to work not people that do it for the paycheck only. Also so a.sign 2 student inside that's a big sign of no college friend student.

Woman at the register was rude and unpleasant. This subway can never make an order right and I will never be coming back here. I asked for the bacon to be crispy but it was barely cooked; I asked for extra mayo and she put half the bottle on the sandwich.

Low quality subway. They need to retrain their staff here. I got a $15 sub for them to put a tiny portion of meat, vegetables, and sauce. The worker was also rude. Also it smelled inside the store. Go to another subway.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this place. First off, the bathrooms are always out of order, which is a huge inconvenience. The food itself is disappointing—small portions, fewer toppings, and overall not worth the price.

The worst part? The staff is incredibly rude and completely clueless. They refuse to accept valid coupons for no reason and act like they don’t understand simple requests. To top it all off, I’ve noticed a clear discrepancy in how they serve customers—I received fewer ingredients compared to others, which raises serious concerns about fairness and discrimination.

Overall, terrible service, mediocre food, and a poor customer experience. Avoid this place.

I placed an online order come to find out they didn't have the right ingredients, so they substituted with other things and decided not to call and ask if it was ok if they substitute. When I got there, the employee didn't say one single word to me, not even a greeting. I had to wait till I got home to find out they made my food wrong. I would recommend anyone to make the drive to the Transit location. Don't waste your money here.
