Horrible customer service after picking up my food rude employee said cannot use the bathroom “due to being out of order” however there are no signs indicating this. After pointing that out she said it’s not needed because it will be fixed in the morning and suggested to go to next door business to use bathroom.

I came to subway and they tried closing on me 30 minutes early but they finally let me in and they had no rolls available being rude making me not feel welcomes so they just gave me without asking some white flat bread didn’t heat it up cause they said oven was off and overcharged me paid 15$ would not recommend run by people who barley even speak English worst subway in my life wouldn’t recommend

They’re open until 9:30 and the lady literally wouldn’t serve us at 9:00 on the dot. Locked the door when she seen us coming and waved us goodbye. I didn’t know you could just close when you felt like it. This location is a joke. They ALWAYS close whenever they feel like it. Oh and almost forgot to mention last time I was here, the lady had gloves on, and was touching the register and wiping her face, then continued to make my sub so I asked her to remake it. Nasty & beyond unprofessional at this location. Take your money to Wendy’s right across from it.

Awful place! Awful management! Will never go here again. Manager was absolutely rude! The workers can't even talk English! Terrible
They were nice, but the fact they didn’t speak English and me trying to tell them that I was getting the dealer today and they didn’t understand an making me the wrong stuff and they said they already made it so either I take it or forget it. I’m like what the heck you mean y’all tucked up my sub but I don’t recommend going here. The English barrier will cause issues and end up paying $11 for only a half of a sub which is insane.

Worst subway ive been to in town so far. Worker was not listening properly to customers order. I paid for my order first, worker makes me a plain chicken sub and heats it up. When i see the veggies they were dehydrated and some most looked expired. The register was beeping and the worker did something unsanitary by touching the computer screen with the gloves on and proceeded back without chzngibg gloves and put teriyaki sauce on after everything was made... before I had to make them change gloves and make me a new sub since I've paid already.. sadly.
