Ordered a sub for pickup got home to a sub with just chicken sauce and pickles. All my other toppings they failed to put on. My sub wasn't even good. I called the restaurant and the worker told me they didn't make my sub. ????

What a poorly run operation. Nearly walked out without being given the full order by an extremely rude employee. Got home and the subs had super light amounts of everything, weren't toasted, and certain toppings were only on one half of the sub. Like guys, come on now it's not that hard to make a sub especially when there's a screen telling you exactly what I wanted with no confusion.

Clean, fresh, terrific staff. New stuff because Subway is now partnered with Cinnabon or something. Very good
Vegetarian options: I had a really good loaded 3 cheese sun and jalapeño chips. They have veggie patties too that aren't listed on the menu

My experience at this specific location is dependent upon which staff is working. The majority of the staff do the work and are pleasant and will even chat. There’s one staff that is always terse and has an aggressive tone. Otherwise, the meats, toppings, and breads are always fresh. Sometimes the cookies are stale, but a few seconds in the microwave fixes that. The location is good with oodles of parking. The parking lot and inside the restaurant has always been clean during my visits. Prices have gone up, but the taste is worth the cost.

Walked in, 1 person in line, took 15 min to start my order. They then started other orders, then finished mine 5 min later. My wrap contents were cold by the time I cashed out.
Speaking of wraps, they made it using a rectangle flat bread, which is not a wrap. Asked for a cup to get water. Refused to give me one of their fountain drink cups when they realized they didn't have any small water cups.
Didn't say sorry or at least offer a discount. Ridiculous. Also poor attitudes of the workers. Also, $15 for a basic "wrap" and 2 cookies? That's nuts.

Love this location and the staff, would be five stars if William still worked there. What a charismatic, good looking, sandwich artist! Will definitely be returning to this clean, classy, tasty establishment!

Jacinda was amazing. Friendly, fast efficient and worked like a machine. Seriously never had a subway worker that was that good. A friend and I came in to order 5 complicated subs. My friend is complicated himself. She was so patient and efficient.

5/6/24 - I’ve been going to this location for YEARS - it’s supposed to be open until 9pm. OPEN sign was ON and door was UNLOCKED. Myself and two other people (a couple) walked in around 8pm, there was another couple whose order was complete and were waiting for their subs to be wrapped up so the three of us stood in line behind them. The subway employee let us just stand there, waiting to order, for 10 minutes before saying “I’m closed after them” which is what he should’ve said as soon as we walked through the door instead of having us stand there thinking we were going to order food. It was annoying and a waste of time. If this location closes at 8pm instead of 9pm or the employees decide to close early, I suggest they turn off the OPEN sign, lock the door and you update this information on Google.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! I used to love this subway because it's in close proximity to my work but I swear to God the people who work there now are actual idiots. If you order ahead don't expect your food to be ready, they always wait until you get there to start making your food. I have wasted FULL 30 minute breaks at this place because I ordered 20 minutes ahead and get there and they haven't even started. Mind you 90% of the time this place is dead so there's no excuses. As someone who's first job was subway I have never seen a location ran so poorly. If you're looking for a quick lunch DONT waste your time, you're better off going to another location or litterally ANYWHERE ELSE!

**Avoid this location**Horrible management here! I just came to pick up my food and I started choking, and having a coughing fit and asked for a cup for some water and the RUDE person in charge told me no. This was after I just spent $50 here. There are other subways around, please don't give your business to these people.

Went in at 830 on a Saturday worker told me that they close at 8:15. Hours on the door clearly states they close at 9pm.
