stopped by at 5:56 PM, doors locked open sign on and the guy inside just looks at me and shakes his head. I walk away and call to ask if its open guy says "door unlocked we're open". I walk back literally 2 minutes later and the doors are still locked and open sign is now off. You're scheduled open from 10am-7pm, pick a damn time this is laughably unacceptable service.

Awhile ago this place was great, but the last three times I came was horrible. The first time yhe place was closing at 2 despite having an opening until 7, so I was rushed it was a bit sad and they didn't give me some of the order I paid for. This time they again closing early. They didn't have the food I wanted so I had to get something else, and they are always supposedly out if one food, it makes me sad because I've been wanting it for months. He is also just a bit rude. I only come here because it's close to the library where I do my work. Unsure if I'll go again.

So I went in here around 4:30 and as soon as I walk in he said he's not taking anymore orders while taking someone else's order and then 5 people walked in and he didn't say anything to them but yet took there order that is really rude that as soon as you walk into a place to grab some food you get denied for no reason as soon as you enter I wouldn't ever order from here again horrible and rude

It's incredible, I never thought I would write a review like this. It is not a Criticism, it is a call to improve. From Colombia and Venezuela we traveled to see Niagara Falls. The City of Buffalo is a mandatory tourist stop. While in the center we visited this store. To play it safe One person in charge. Five people five orders. Inconvenient to prepare orders. We opted for what he could prepare. When asking for the key to the Bathroom (To wash our Hands) the answer is that it is not a Public Bathroom. When it was time to go to eat, one table was dirtier than the rest. I have never seen a Subway store so disgusting. I have more than 5,000 reviews, the first one was negative...!!!
