Them fish tocos are THE BEST IN THE TOWN !!!! The fish dinner is also one one my favorite on the menu make sure you get honey Cajun fish and baked macaroni and cheese with bake beans are the my favorite go stop by and check it out I give them a 10/10

Worst customer service i ever experienced. ordered food here went to pick it up they told me 15 min fine no prob. 30 min later i go back in and they say it's gonna be 5 more min. ok sure. 30 more minutes go by and it's still not done. They lie to your face and don't explain why it's taking long. i worked in food service i get it. but the place was DEAD. not a soul in there but they still can't get done 1 simple order. also the place is a dump and they got kids running around. and the food? MID. do yourself a favor and don't come here.
Typically I really like this place, they got pretty good sides like Mac n cheese and yams. Anyway the girl with glasses, a bonnet, a big forehead and bad attitude around 8:20 on March 7th. I hope you see this so you know how to talk to people better, I don’t want her fired and I’ll continue to eat here but she was wildn with the attitude talkn about “we closed” and it’s only 8:30 I know yall close at 9 and I placed my order at 7:20. She said did you pay “I said no I just placed my order and i said I’ll be back” she says again “well we’re closed” I was literally just late picking up my food, the girl didn’t even try to look to see if the food was made. She needs a lesson in customer service honestly, I didn’t wanna argue with miss attitude so I left no complaint. I’ll be eating here again, I hope whoever she is next time I see her she has a smile and a better attitude. The girl who originally took my order was nice and understanding when my card didn’t go through at first, I literally just left to grab money.

The food is great! But the staff is pretty rude and ignorant. I went to pick up an order and I was told it would be about five minutes, I waited over a half hour. During the half hour I seen a good 4 to 5 other people come in and pick up their orders That were prepared while I was waiting. I went up and asked about my order again, and was told the same thing, that they were waiting on the chicken. They didn’t even start the chicken until I asked the second time. They need some serious customer service lessons , I would frequent the restaurant a lot more, but would service like that I will avoid it at all cost. If the food wasn’t very good, I would’ve gave it a one starI should say the younger staff not all the staff.

Whenever I visit the buffalo area I make sure to stop here and grab something to eat. The staff has always been nice to me and my children as well. We literally love the food here I'm a chef too so I'm a very harsh critic and my children are also they have been spoiled by my cooking so they won't just eat anything. I say that to say this anyone claiming to have gotten bad food here maybe just looking for attention because this place is one of my personal favorites... ??????

by far the best soul food place in buffalo. yams are sweet and tender mac an cheese delicious and cheesy. pepper steak was tender and seasoned. i normally get a fish fry haddock always seasoned and fried golden.

This restaurant is one of the best food spots in upstate New York. It’s very rare to have quality main food dishes with amazing sides to offer as well. The staff was attentive and patient as this was our first but not our last time eating here. Sugga D’s most certainly is a 10 out of 10 for us. Great job !
We literally drove from Rochester to Buffalo just for their food. 10/10 for sure. I can wait to try their red velvet waffles.

After waiting for my food for an hour on doordash it was cancelled due to them not being able to fulfill my order on time because they were closing soon.... after waiting for AN HOUR. i'm disappointed i really wanted to try this place good to know i won't be ordering again.
