My husband and I were visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place. So glad we did. Everything we had was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and inviting. I could eat that creamy polenta every morning, and the meatloaf dinner was outrageous! It did not feel like we paid for a meal…it felt like going over to a friend’s house for dinner. Highly recommend!

You can’t serve Impossible and say you’re vegan. Impossible does animal testing (strike one) because their food contains glyphosate (strike two) and you say your place is vegan (strike three). You are getting two stars only because it won’t let me just give one. This is false advertisement

I’ve been here twice when I pass through for work and the food is so filling and tasty! I had buffalo wings the first time, then the most popular choice the cheese steak and my friend got the jerk chicken. All so good. Don’t miss it if you’re in town or passing by.

I absolutely loved meeting the owner, she was a gem and had an amazing story to tell. She gave out free juice/shot samples and gave water to those in need. Actions speak so much louder than words, she definitely deserves those awards! The fried chicken platter was super filling, and all the sides were very tasty. The best was definitely the mac n' cheeze, sooo loaded with nooch 🤤

wow, my meal was incredible!! My new go-to vegan stop. The steak hoagie, wings and street tacos were perfect. * chefs kiss * the staff couldn't be any nicer. I cant wait to go back !

Sunshine Vegan Eats is a must try if you're in the area!! We are from Rochester but would definitely make the drive to eat here again. Everything is vegan, and they have a wide variety of options. Fresh juices, desserts, appetizers, smoothies, entrees like fried chicken, ribs, and more! We got a bunch of stuff to split and we absolutely loved everything! This food left us full and satisfied. Vegan comfort food at its finest! Some of my favorites were the impossible egg rolls, the yams, the collard greens, the banana pudding and the vegan ribs but honestly there wasn't a single item I've tried that I didn't like. Plus, the staff were incredible!

If you haven't tried this all vegan food stop, please put it on your bucket list! My favorite dish is the impossible loaf, then niyah, and the burgers! The cookie monster shake is too tasty and the cookies are always warm and chewy. Excited that they are expanding to a second location on Gilmore, good luck!

been a fan of sunshine for years now! the staff is always so welcoming and helpful. i always get the mac and cheese it’s my favorite. the burgers have a lovely grilled flavor and the seasonal/specials are always changing. great spot for any local or traveler😄
Had Buffalo wings, shrimp, fish sandwich, pastelillo, fries and garlic mashed potato. Delicious! Textures were outstanding for vegan meats! Bine in wings had a piece of sugarcane for the bone.

Steak quesidilla had nacho cheese type cheese in it with steak strips that were very thin shaped like carrot strips. The steak was overcooked. The bands pudding was ok. Great atmosphere. My girl had the fish sandwich. It was breaded with cornmeal but overcooked. She ate about half of it but it was falling apart while she was eating it. I don't understand the high ratings. Customer service was great though.
