Food was great. Service was great. Only negative due to the loudness of the booth behind is. The house.hash is real deal, chopped up brisket and was fantastic. Pancakes were some.of the best we have had. Get a handle on loudmouth diners and I would eat here daily if I could

Only service 4 stars because bacon and eggs were forgotten. Other than that the french toast was to die for!! And the fruit parfait is tasty

Old school diner experience. Delicious breakfast egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. Small parking lot. Text notification when your table is ready.

Pretty good food! I might've been a little over hyped. The doughnuts and French toast were definitely top tier! Chicken salad sandwich was sub par but everything was definitely made with care. The service was impeccable!

Really nice place, good prices (left 50$ for a chicken burger, eggs, ham, mini donuts, juice and coffee),
Clean, decorated, food is tasty and well-cooked. Service gave a slightly odd vibe, though overall polite and respectful. Swan Street diner, you are doing great job! ❤️

Allow me to start off by saying Swan Street Diner had some delicious aspects but it also had some aspects that didn't quite hit it with us. Their lemon poppy seed waffle was very delicious! Their freshly squeezed juices were delicious as well! Their meals for the most part do not include a side of eggs or your choice of meat. You will have to purchase those separately. My husband got their corned beef hash, a few bites in and he was okay with it; however, after a while his corned beef hash was something he couldn't continue eating as it was very greasy. He wouldn't recommend the corned beef hash. I do think their freshly squeezed juices are over priced. They charged $4 for a tiny cup of juice. Lastly, one thing we really disliked about Swan Steer Diner was that it smelled very bad. Like sewer. If you can get past the smell the food can be good. We literally ate and couldn't wait to leave as we could not stand the smell. Other than that, our service was great.

Customer service was exceptional! Everything was so good! Finally ticked this place off my restaurant bucket list. Their mini donuts are to die for! 🍩 😋

Very cute old diner which has been updated. It's very clean and nicely decorated for such an old place. The food was fresh hot and homemade! It's a little pricey but worth it!

The only negative I can say about this place is that it has very "tight quarters" with delicious food. I had the French toast and it was humongous. I also ordered a "take home of a Falafel wrap. The wrap was deliciously flavored and very satisfying. I do not like bland food and this diner lived up to my expectations.

I’d give it six stars if I could. I take all my guests here from out of town to show them how we do diners here in Buffalo. Do yourself a favor and get some mini donuts.

Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is excellent.

Our first stop at Swan Street Diner ... and we had a great lunch.

We drove past this joint sometime last year, but we weren't able to stop, so when we had the chance today ... we jumped on it.

The diner is fairly small, but the place is clean and tidy (even the washrooms).

The wait for our table took about 20 minutes, but it was worth it.

The service was super friendly and helpful. Our food came quickly enough, and without any issues or or ordering mistakes.

My wife had an omelet, and when she asked for "cruspier" bacon, that is what she received. ?

I got the BLT (with extra bacon) ... and yeah, I got plenty of bacon. Since they do not have gravy for fries, I got the sausage gravy, and it was pretty good. ?

We were served what seemed to be homemade raspberry jam, and kudos to the chef ... the jam was awesome on the sourdough bread!?

Overall impression ... great diner, great food and great staff ... do yourself a favor and stop by. We will next time we're driving through Buffalo.

We had a late breakfast on Columbus Day Monday at the Swan Street Diner. The restaurant itself is a restored vintage diner, which is quite impressive and has a real Americana feel to it. Be warned, though. Seating is limited, so you may have to wait to be seated if you arrive at peak time.

The servers were friendly, and the service was efficient. I had the Corn Beefed Hash with sunny side up eggs and sourdough bread, which was very tasty. My sons had the fried chicken on a bun, which they thought was worth the wait and one of the best chicken dishes they've had. My wife really enjoyed her biscuits and gravy. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and highly recommended!
