5 Stars. We just really like this place - 2nd oldest bar in Buffalo. Very interesting working class district with historical Buffalo industry across the bridge. The owner is great, the staff is great, and the patrons, are just fun. Kinda noisy this past Sunday, but that's OK, they are friendly and inviting - it was a Sunday afternoon with no Bills. For me, their Wings are done the way I remember getting visiting Buffalo trough the decades - I guess they are prepared the way...
The bar was very little and crowded to say the least. I got up at one point to do something, and I had to say excuse me to two people at least to get through the room . There’s no way a wheelchair could ever get through that bar. Just saying. There was so many things to look at on the walls and room, which was kind of neat.They only accept cash, and will not accept any other form of payment. That is kind of problematic if you’re not expecting it. My husband‘s bank card...

I got recommended this place from the customs agent as I passed back into the States from Canada and I'm so glad I decided to stop in. It being located in an old industrial area almost dissuaded me, but parking was easy so gave it a try. This is clearly a local gem of a place.
