This store must be under new management because they have had everything I wanted and even made my order correct the last 2 times I ordered from this location. It used to be the absolute worst location in the area but they have stepped their game up.

I waited 43 minutes for a pickup order and left with no food and only a partial refund!!! Took almost 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me.
To top it off, 3 people were here before me waiting for their orders and still hadn’t gotten it. The whole time I was there only one person in the dining area received food and he had been waiting a very long time too. How do you wait 40 minutes to serve anyone in the dining area?!
Also, the DoorDash drivers waiting were complaining that they were focusing on drive thru orders. Which was on par, so I would never DoorDash from here either.

They need to demolish this location… not once have I ever gotten good let alone okay service.

Finally got the notification that my order was done, went inside to just get it myself as I was done waiting. The bag and food felt cold. Submitted feedback through their website and never heard back.

Have ordered from this taco bell multiple times over the past 2 years and there's always a problem with my order from missing items to wrong items. The food quality is fine. You cannot easily get a hold of the location on the phone to resolve issues and taco bell online customer service moves at a snails pace.
Very bad experience. The workers were swearing and talking about their home lives in front of the customers. They got the order completely wrong as well.

1st time - I waited 30 minutes to get my food. 2nd time - I sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and then was told to come back in 10 more minutes ? 3rd time - I ordered on the app to try to avoid waiting in person and they told me they don't have my order even though I got charged.
Like the other reviewer said, this location absolutely should just be demolished or maybe hire more people.....but probably just demolish it.
