Time and time again I am forced to hand pick out the tomatoes from various items that I order. Not once has this particular Taco Bell location gone a full week without having either having 1. An attitude issue, or 2. a very easily avoided mistake with my order

Oh my god, I cant even explain how frustrated I am with this store right now. I doordashed ONE SMALL mango fiesta. It takes 10 seconds to make and I would know because I’ve worked at taco bell before. In no circumstance would there be a valid excuse as to why they took OVER AND HOUR to prepare my drink. There could be one person behind that counter and that STILL wouldn’t be a reason why it took over an hour. I genuinely hope this location closes. I couldn’t even get a full refund when I tried to cancel my order. I had TWO dashers cancel on my order because of how long they took for one drink. Mind you I’m writing this and still haven’t received my drink but it’s currently on the way. I’m highly aggravated. It’s literally supposed to be FAST FOOD. What a joke. Whoever is managing is doing a horrible job.

The staff here are completely incompetent. Save your time and go to literally any other Taco Bell. They are rude, and you will wait close to an hour for your food. The staff spends more time giggling and talking than actually making the food. All the while, they’ll tell you it’s your fault for ordering. Do not go here.

Only go here in desperation! This location is almost always extra long wait and out of items. Look at the chips they gave me, not even big enough to be served as crumbles on a tortilla soup!! Lately the staff had been nicer i will say!

I’ve been here a few times and every time the food has been pretty bad. My order today, however, was exceptionally disgusting. Food was inedible and all went strait into the trash. Ice cold. Quesadilla had not one shred of melted cheese and was thrown together sloppily. Like genuinely terrible Taco Bell. I don’t really get it either - I lived on a college campus of 40,000 people and somehow have NEVER had this consistently bad food from a Taco Bell.
The worst Taco Bell. There’s not enough staff. They are Super slow. The food is never ready on time. Have everyone waiting in long lines. The management here needs to change or close the place. Service sucks!

I got out of a long work shift, around 1:30 AM, and went to this Taco Bell for a quick dinner. I was in line until about 2:10 AM, and when I was finally able to order, I was told they were only taking mobile orders. What a waste of time.
