Considering I'm from Texas, I found the chili a bit sweet and tomato. Not to my taste buds.

20 bucks for a hotdog onion rings and a fountain drink. Onion rings were straight trash one soggy oily clump. And the loganberry tasted watered down.
I recently stopped by for a foot long and fries and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the staff was super attentive and quick with my order. The hot dog itself had a great char and was topped generously-just how I like it. The only downside was the bun, which was a bit stale, but it didn't take away too much from the overall experience.
Definitely worth a visit if you're craving a solid hot dog in a nice setting!

The new ordering system is trash. Chicken sandwich I ordered was overcooked and missing ingredients. To avoid this, be sure to study the ingredients list of what you're going to order

Food was okay. Nice little spot downtown. Tonawanda locations are still preferred.

Nothing like char-pit dogs n burgers, easily spending $25-bucks just for yourself to eat

Great food and hot dogs… prices are high
I love Ted’s and while being in the area was super excited for a hot dog. The man who took my order was delightful. But unfortunately my hot dogs were not only not what I ordered, but burnt to a crisp and inedible. $23 for 2 hot dogs and a small fry. Wasted.

Nothing special about the food. Can not justify the cost for a bad dog. I have had better food in military.

Worst teds in the area, terrible wait time despite ordering way ahead by the time we got the food it was cold, items were missing, and the quality was very lacking. If you’re going to charge 4+ dollars for a single hot dog that you can buy a pack of at the store for for the same price it would be nice if it was at least warm, charred, and properly dressed with the toppings requested and not thrown together in a rush and not cooked properly. Truly one of the hardest things to mess up, if I could give this location 0 stars I would. Very very disappointing.

I am very disappointed in this location. We ordered $80 of food online while on our lunch break at work to skip the line during the lunch rush, and arrived to a busy restaurant with our order not ready. My friend confirmed the order with the woman there and she said we were good to go. When we got back to work, we were missing items.
We called and they said it was sitting there still.. Lunch is over and we can't drive back down there so we asked for a refund and thankfully they didn't put up a fight, but whether we get the refund or not is a different story.
The food was average at best and the 30 minute wait to get our stuff will deter me from returning in the future. There's too many good eating places downtown to offer terrible service and mid quality food. Next time I'll go to the hot dog stand on Main.
