Slow food delivery, and restaurant became very crowded very quickly. There were 2 people ahead of me and 3 workers. One worker was doing door dash orders while 2 others workered the grill and register. I waited for 30 minutes to get an Italian sausage, and when I left there were about 15 people in line behind me.

It was fantastic it was our first time. You can order at the grill or use the kiosk. Food was excellent fun to watch it happening right there the guy putting the hot dogs together was so intriguing he took so much pride with the toppings. Will be back.

Ted's is awesome, always has been. Only slight suggestion is to keep the seating area cleaner. Your patrons are messy and need to be cleaned up after, regularly.

Always a solid choice for fast food done well .
Charcoal grilling of everything ( burgers, hotdogs of course , chicken , etc., and great homemade onion rings and great franks .
Old school kind of fast food grill that are sadly disappearing across the U.S. .
Great milkshakes and decent selection of other drinks too .
SO MUCH BETTER Than a national fast food chain.
Glad they have survived despite all the competition from lesser box type fast food places !
Long Live Ted’s !

Typical Ted's experience for us. Delicious cheeseburger for my wife and my favorite chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Also, a fries and onion rings split. You can always depend on Ted's.

Great food but outrageous prices.
The parking lot was a little messy with litter. The bathrooms could need some cleaning. And the service was okay. They may be a little more training and also some manners. Overall okay place.

This is a Buffalo staple, and it didn't disappoint. I was visiting home and had to come to Ted's. Delivered deliciously.

I don’t really go to Ted’s too often, but my son was in the mood for it and it was on the way home.

This is the second time we’ve been here since they put in the ordering kiosks - and this whole process is somehow less efficient than having people talking over a smoking grill and telling the cook what they want on their hot dogs.

Just a huge line of people standing around waiting for food now… and efficiencies are down significantly.

I am typically all for order kiosks etc but this sucks.

Also… it’s pretty dirty and gross in here.

Edit: and our fries are cold but the counter is too full of angry patrons to bother getting them replaced.

I’m pretty sure Mr.Ted - if he were a real person and still alive - would be pretty mad about whatever is going on here.

My favorite place to get a real good hot dog. I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch.

I wouldn't eat here again, Cross contamination galore.. I DON'T eat Pork, allergy... I watched the sweaty cook; not wearing a hair net or gloves cook BEEF hotdogs along with pork hot dogs. He was using the same set of tongs to slide all of the hot dogs all over their grill- disregarding his errors. I soon came to realize that the hot dogs he was cooking were actually mine.. and meal was very expensive. $24 for 2 beef hotdogs w Kraft, fries and a shake..

A must when it Buffalo for a football weekend. Great place. Hot dogs are cooked over charcoal and are fresh, tasty and loaded with whatever toppings you want. And go with Fries and Rings. Can't get enough of them.
