My husband and I have been to TDB multiple times, and have never had a bad experience up until this past Friday 04/26. The service/waiter was very kind and attentive, good at his job, did everything right. Later towards the end of dinner, I went to the salad bar and got a small salad (mixed greens, ranch, cheese and bacon) as well as a bowl of lobster bisque. I explained to the waiter that the soup was spicy but overall did not taste right. I then started feeling sick quickly, and left within minutes of paying. I got home and I have been sick ever since with food poisoning. I called earlier today, asking them to check/clean the soup/salad bar to ensure no one else gets sick as well as asking for a refund as I’m out $140 for dinner with food poisoning. The manager told me to email corporate as they cannot perform refunds and didn’t seem to take my request seriously to check the salad bar out as nobody else reported illness. I highly doubt that refunds go through corporate, and my complaint should have been taken more seriously, food illness is no joke.I emailed corporate and will wait to hear back, but the response was extremely unprofessional and I hope nobody else ends up with food poisoning like me. Please take these concerns seriously.

Let me start with our waiter "Gene". All I had to do was look in his direction and he was headed for our table to make sure we had everything we needed. And not just ours, but all of his tables. It's extremely refreshing seeing a restaurant take their business seriously. There wasn't a plate or a glass left empty, and certainly not a dirty plate left on the table. These workers certainly take pride in their work. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the service was unbelievable. Not often do you go out to a restaurant and have your expectations exceeded. Thank you Gene as well as all the workers ! You have all done an outstanding job. Extremely happy with our visit! Worth every penny and more!

Brought my cousin out for the first time. I’m very familiar with everything, but he had never even heard of the concept. He was just blown away by every last bit about it. Everyone took great care of us, and he was especially impressed by Mo who always does a great job. He raved about it the entire way home and told me he can’t wait to come back again!

We are from Canada, and we're in Buffalo, NY, for the day. Had crossed over the border with our friends to spend the day. It also happened to be our wedding anniversary, so my husband and his friend chose Texas de Brazil for us to go for dinner. We were excited since we had already been to the one in Vegas, where we enjoyed it. We thought it would be the same. Night went well. Our waiter was friendly. The buffer was honestly disappointing, not enough variety, and at times, it looked old the food. I have to say their meats were really good and not salty at all. If you are a neat lover, it's very satisfying. The night went well, and we paid our bill. As we got to our car, my husband got a notification that he was charged 2x on his debt. It was great we were in the parking lot, so he went back in to ask them to please correct this. Well, let me tell you, that's where the nightmare began. The manager was not helpful at all. My husband explained that it was debt, and it was automatically taken out twice twice, and then it was 2x back and forth issued did not get resolved for 2 weeks after writing to their head office 3 tines to get our extra money refunded. Very disappointing it's like they were holding our money hostage. It's not worth the hassle and truthful the money, either. Went there on a Wednesday night. We were a party of four and had made a reservation. We were promptly seated in the main dining room and greeted by our server. We ordered drinks which were promptly served as ordered. We each opted for the full meal with salad bar. The salad bar was well kept and extensive in selection. I particularly enjoyed the roasted garlic, goat cheese and stuffed jalapeno. I tried at least ten different meats , my favorite was a leg of lamb with mint jelly. Service throughout the evening was friendly and courteous.I enjoyed the meal more than the finest LV buffet. Will certainly return , highly recommended.
Just had dinner with my family here and it was worth every penny.The food is to die for, the decor is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. Our servers were wonderful and attentive and honestly just made the whole experience pop for me.

Paraded to your table, sliced to order, one after another, each one earning its well deserved place on your tastebuds.
