Blooming onion was under cooked. Still had batter inside. Steak was cooked poorly. No grill marks. Just a gray looking steak. Kids chicken fingers were tiny chicken nuggets. Baked potato was hard. Not a good experience. Maybe dine-in is better. Hate to give bad reviews but this was a really poor experience. Two stars are for the dinner rolls. They were delicious as always.

Place needs a good cleaning outside patio tables sticky and old food in the grooves looked like old icecream sat down first thing I noticed was the big buffalo head above door is dusty and cob webs kind of sick. Also the bathroom needs a new wax wing looks like old water leaking out onto floor "the family bathroom" also soap and paper towels r needed. Seen employees check bathrooms but they must of not notice or wash there hands but sick??? I would say. Bar drinks were above average price for not band for ur buck very little alcohol. Food was awesome steak guy is a good cook bread good no real problems with the food kitchen did well server was good to. It was busy but still the place needs a deep clean really look it's dusty and sticky. Nervous to go back to this location.

Absolutely exceptional customer service from Alysia. The te were amazing and the food was outstanding. As tourists from the UK this is definitely a gem worth visiting.
I came to this place with a party group. After 2 hours, only half of our party got food and the rest of us never got food. The staff said they were “checking on it” literally 7 times and we NEVER GOT FOOD! Don’t EVER come to this damn place it is the worst!!!!!!!

Always happy with Texas Road House but very disappointed this time. We had the worst time here. Salads were skimpy didn't even get croutons. My husband had 1 crouton on his ceaser salad my mother and I had none. Then our steaks were all over cooked. Brought to the assistant managers atte tion she didn't want to correct the issue and told my mother she would bring extra items for her baked potato. Walked past us several times after and no items brought. Had to flag down the waitress for our drinks and potatoe items. Get it together over there and do better
Grace was the best server ever! She was very friendly, funny, personable, and kind. She really made our dining experience one of a kind. We can’t wait to come back and we are definitely requesting her as our server!

Servers rude, had to remake my food after forgetting main ingredients 4 times and only coming back with one at a time, messed up a simple side salad twice!!!!Dietary restrictions: Wouldn’t recommend here if vegan or have restrictions.
