Food is amazing here without a doubt. This is my second time here, and I'll happily always come back. The waiter was very friendly but knocked 1 star off because he forgot about our dessert, but I reminded him and he wasn't 100% knowledgeable about the menu but when he wasn't sure he did find out that was a huge plus. Pics don't do justice for this food. Go try it yourself.

We had an amazing experience hosting a baby shower in their event space. From the on site owners, managers and staff, we received not only great service but a welcoming vibe and true feeling of appreciation. Food was incredible, interior was historically unique and all table decor was provided, including the flowers. I highly recommend this group for an event and look forward to visiting their restaurant. Our baby shower was perfect!

So the food was great, and the place is gorgeous, here's my beef..... We went with kids, and we all sat around having drinks. When we got the bill we found out that the Shirley temples the kids were drinking were six bucks each!! What?!?! They kept coming with refills of Sprite with a dash of grenadine and charging a six bucks a piece for these things!! Bananas. So, be careful with the charging you for....

We were charged for an extra drink, two of the same drink came out and were visually different amounts, and the second round of drinks took a long time to arrive despite it not being a busy evening. A side order of French fries didn't arrive until we were mostly done eating. This place has a lot of potential but service will need to improve.

There are several independently-owned businesses at this location and this review is focused on the owner of the space who also owns Barrel Factory Distilling, Steve Bystran. Bystran was found to be financially irresponsible and incompetent by a New York Court arbitrator after being accused by vendors and client of fraud and breach of contract. Bystran has been accused of conning at least to vendors out of over $125,000 at the distillery and the catering facility. This man is a scammer and should not be allowed to operate. He changed the name of the distillery to hide his dubious history and unethical business dealings. This is a matter of public record if there is any doubt. As for the Barrel Factory Distilled products, they were not produced well and have major distilling flaws by amateurs as pointed-out by the court arbitrator. Avoid this place at all cost for a number of reasons.********SINCE YOU DO NOT DENY THIS, YOU DID SCAM THOSE PEOPLE?*******

We had the Mac and Cheese fries! Absolute surprise, fries crispy, toppings not over done and very good, followed by some wings, delicious not messy, and a salad. Service was good, we were there for lunch.

First time visiting on a Saturday night. Super dissapointed, took an hour to get water and meet our waitress. Orders were placed wrong and then said they would be off the bill and they weren't. Drinks were weak, food was average.
Great food, fun atmosphere, friendly staff. Did I say friendly staff? I have visited this establishment several times, two group events, dinner at the bar, cocktails at the bar. Always a pleasant experience.

The brisket is highly recommended. Boozleberry Salad was excellent. Although we were seated nearby the bar it was not loud and you could have a pleasant conversation.

We went there to get a fish fry and it was excellent. It was a huge television screen in there for any sports lover to watch the Sabres game or a bills game and the food is really really good. Unfortunately they didn't insulate very well and if there's a lot of noisy folks in there, you cannot hear yourself think other than that it's a pretty beautiful place for being a barrel factory I highly recommend it to someone who wants to go have a new experience at a new restaurant.

Food was fabulous. Ordered the steak and menu said potatoes but she asked if rice was ok. Of course it was. We also ordered a side salad that could feed 2 and a glass of wine for each of us. Food was spectacular, even green beans!! Yum. Brought half home.
