We used Buffalo Catering Co for our reception at the Buffalo Botanical Gardens. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom were taken care of, while also providing spectacular service to the rest of the guests. The bar service was quick and organized. Overall a wonderful event thanks to the chef and service staff. Thank you Buffalo Catering Co!

Everything about Buffalo Catering Company exceeded my expectations. They catered a holiday event for 25 people at our home. I received a response to my initial email inquiry within a few hours. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Once I had settled on a menu, the order was confirmed and the invoice was prepared quickly. The ordering process was easy to navigate. Prior to the event, I received several emails from Lauren checking to see if I had any additional questions and confirming delivery. The order was delivered on-time and the order was perfect. Our guests absolutely raved about the meatballs. The sandwiches were all tasty and a generous portion size. I highly recommend!

We selected Buffalo Catering company to cater our volunteer organization recognition banquet for 120 people. Working with Buffalo Catering to select our menu, arrange for additional meals, and to arrange delivery was very easy. The level of customer service is outstanding. But what really counts is the Food! I received many very positive comments praising the BBQ Buffet that we selected. All of the food items were delivered hot, on time, and were absolutely delicious:
Pulled Pork on a bun with cole slaw: Fabulous!
BBQ chicken: tangy, perfectly cooked and scrumptious!
Mac and Cheese: OMG! Probably the best I've ever had.
Pork and Beans: interesting cinnamony taste.
Cole slaw: nice large slices with yummy dressing.
Chef salad: lovely selection of greens with tangy dressings.
Quantities were very generous as well.
Not knowing exactly how to lay out the buffet, the chef from Buffalo Catering helped use get everything set up in a logical and efficient way. I was so grateful.
I highly recommend Buffalo Catering without reservation. Two suggestions: bring take-home containers, because portions are generous and people really want more, and hot mitts to help uncover and move the chafing dishes.
