Great cocktails and wine selection. Very creative and delicious. Small plates of beef tartare, and shrimp were tasty, with nice portions. Steak pomms frits large plate was delicious. Chocolate budino topped with crushed pistachio and citrus dusting was amazing. Thanks to our son for the gift certificate.

This is my only review I’ve ever wrote. I met my significant other in buffalo as a half way point. We wrote off buffalo as a place to visit. Till we ate here! Literally every entree was better than the next! Staff was amazing. Will make another trip here just for this restaurant. Highly recommend!

Went here last weekend for a friend’s birthday. We were sat upstairs and it felt like we were eating in someone’s living room. The music was also extremely loud and didn’t match the vibe of the place at all. We got seated and told our waiter we didn’t want drinks (my friends do not drink for personal reasons). When this happened the whole demeanor of our waiter changed. He was also very underdressed (wearing jeans and a ball cap). For the price and outside perspective of the restaurant I was not expecting any of this and would probably skip and go somewhere else.

Flavors are a 10! The green beans were crunchy, spicy and delish. The garlic shrimp was so flavorful.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant service & decent food but unfortunately, for what you get, it’s much too overpriced. I won’t be returning but did enjoy the fettuccine. Ricotta toast served cold from the fridge was a hard pass from me.

Incredible levels of flavors, one of the best drinks of gin I've ever had with celery, had two appetizers, peaches and tomatoes and lamb and beef meatballs and dessert was terrific! Really glad we found this place!

Appealing place, and service was attentive, If not anything else.
However, the food was very lackluster. The chef is creative with their dishes, but loses it with execution. Under-seasoned, unbalanced, muted in flavor.

It's interesting that past reviews mention too much salt, so maybe they cut back too much? because our food tasted like nothingness. Some acidity and salt would let the dishes show their true potential.

Would still give it another try!

I’m gutted that I wasn’t amazed by this place. With great reviews and good Instagram layout, they seemed to be the perfect place to bring my husband for his birthday dinner. We arrived and restaurant was quaint with a lot of charm. The service was on point and the menu sounded right up our alley, we had a hard time narrowing down what to choose from, it all sounded great!! To our dismay everything was muted .. it’s just lacked flavour. All sounded to be great combinations, we ended up choosing the ricotta toast, alfredo, and braised pork. Every dish seemed to be missing flavour and to add to the disappointment, there was no salt and pepper on the table to enhance any of the slight hint of flavour there was. The entire meal was a flop as it was a beautiful display of tastelessness.

Eh. Service was great, atmosphere was good, wine was good, food was eh.

From all the glaring reviews up here, I'd been really anxious to try this place while visiting in Buffalo for the week. Finally got a chance to and found it quite overrated.

I had their latest Fettuccine entree and their Grilled Stone Fruit appetizer. Both meh. So-so. Wouldn't order again, and wouldn't be too pressed to visit again.

Fyi, as of my writing this in August 2024, they currently don't have the Koren chicken other reviews raved about.

The pasta was better once I added salt, pepper, and lemon to it -- for anyone else who wants to try.

Had the olive oil cake for dessert. It was decent. A little better than okay, not quite great. I guess good?

And again, the service was great. From the hostest to my server, the staff was very attractive and nice.

More power to all who love this place overall!!

We've gone here for our anniversary twice now, as well as other times when we have the chance, and this place just might be my favorite restaurant in Buffalo. It was always in my top three, but I think it's now number one!

The main reason it's my favorite place is the vibe. You absolutely must sit outside in the back. Their patio is gorgeous, with both inside (covered) spaces and out. The flowers and plants they have are on point, and there's a huge wall of flowers in the back, making a fence.

The menu is very small, but that's because everything is thought out and made well. There's always a ricotta toast with seasonal toppings, and I always order that. Their cocktail menu has the best names, and very creative recipes. The staff is always attentive but not overbearing, giving you time to enjoy your meal.

Last weekend we cleaned all our plates - not a crumb was left to pack up.

The restaurant is small, intimate, well appointed, with a refined menu that isn't overwhelmed, and everything is a knockout.

Oh, and we like to joke that the handicapped bathroom is larger than our first studio apartment ? It's so big it has a potted TREE in it!
