We recently held my Mother's 70th birthday celebration at The Fairdale and could not have been happier. Carol was extremely patient and friendly with all of our questions. Bobby was incredibly accommodating to Mom's food requests. On the day of the party, the room looked beautiful, the staff was so kind and everyone loved the food. We will consider the Fairdale for any future events.
Had my 70th birthday celebration there last weekend. Everything was excellent from the first meeting down to walking out the door at the end of the evening. Carol, the manager, is a delight. She made us feel like family every time we met. At the party she visited every table to make sure my guests were satisfied. Some guests thought she was my friend and/or event planner! Nice place to hold a banquet. But Please get someone to come in and help serve the drinks. The lines were unnecessarily long for only pouring beer or a simple jack and coke. The food was presented and cleaned up in a timely manner.
