Saw the reviews and went to check it out before a comedy show at the HSBC arena. Walked in and they looked at us like we were crazy. Asked if they still serve dinner. The answer 'We have a limited menu.' Me thinks the stars are heavily misleading on this place. Perhaps I saved you a ride.

It was a basic eggplant Parm sandwich, but basic is not always easy. The eggplant here was tender and tasty. I enjoyed it and Mitchell, the server was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was fine.

We zeroed in on this restaurant after a tour of the tower looking at the ratings. Very good experience. I recommend this address! The staff is very friendly and efficient, the dishes are inexpensive and very good! It’s also an opportunity to eat something other than burgers.

**update** Here I am a year later and this is the special I just spent $18 on.... Chicken teriyaki stir fry.. spaghetti noodles, runny watery sauce, with rubbery definitely reheated chicken... It's to the point where I don't believe there's anything fresh coming out of this kitchen.
This place is really hit or miss. I work downtown and ordered lunch frequently from here when they first opened but the inconsistencies pushed me away and I ordered less and less. I sporadically give them a try again and each time I'm disappointed. Sometimes the chicken for the salads is fresh and hot and juicy other times it's dry and hard and seems old. On a good day the Mac salad is outstanding but on a bad day it has a funky taste which makes in inedible. I ordered lunch today via the website at 11am for 12pm pick up, ordered the chicken Parm sandwich with Mac salad as my side and onion rings in the event that the Mac was sketchy. They forgot the Mac salad, the onion rings are fine def frozen but fine, and the chicken Parm sandwich was so sloppy and messy with subpar chicken and I'm throwing away over half of the entire lunch.
It's unfortunate because lunch spots are limited downtown and this place is close and quick but the quality and inconsistencies aren't worth it for me.

Came to visit Buffalo/Niagara Falls this weekend and had dinner here on Friday night. What a fun place! Loved the vibe of the place,but even more so I absolutely thought our server/waitress, the owner and kitchen staff were so kind and thoughtful and friendly. The food was delicious!! Thank you for having us! We had an amazing experience because of you!

This place is amazing! The soup is to die for and all the food is great! The chef is a miracle maker and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is a must stop place for lunch and drinks. Did I mention the soup....OMG! Daily specials too!
Food was great. We ended up bring 1 app and 1/2 an entreé back to our hotel and that became dinner. Would definatly recommend looking over their specials.Servace was attentive and I enjoyed talking with our waitress!The washrooms are a bit small and if you are in a wheel chair they are basicly unusable unless you have a decent amount of mobility.

Great lunch! I ordered the meatball parm sandwich. I really appreciated that the meatballs and sauce were not overdone with seasoning. The seasoning complemented rather than dominated. The sandwich comes with a pickle spear and a choice of potato salad or macaroni salad. I chose the latter. The mac salad was very tasty. My biggest pleasure was the dill pickle. It was terrific - crunchy and not overwhelmed by the spices or vinegar. It was more akin to the store-bought Clausen brand pickle. Well done!
